I ordered this for 12.99 and free 2 day shipping from Amazon last week. It said it won't ship for a week, but you can try for it and see if it's still there.

My son loves the Simpsons and has been buying them at walmart for 14.00. Last weke daddy o deals sent me an email with a bunch of 12.99 dvd's. Simpsons season 12 which is s50 at walmart in a face shaped case was 12.99. I got the free amazon prime trial and ordered it. I don't know if it's still on sale or not, but it's worth a shot.

I called the nearest Walmart and theyu said they should have more on the truck Monday, they come in premarked and it's certain brands. They have 40 and 60 cent ones but are selling out as sooon as they unload them.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I bought my rod and reel from Walmart, but not the cheapy stuff. My husband likes nothing but Zebco. I just meant the cheapy character poles that last a day. We bought the game alone at Walmart on Clearance several months ago for 10.00. If the guitars are worth the extra 30 then I would say it's a good deal. You can get a guitar at walmart for 26.00 so I guess it's a bonus.

I would never buy a cheap anything from Walmart. I go for quality. My husband and dad are both avid fishermen. They would cringe in horror at the thought. We bought my son a small pole and a Zebco micro 33 I think or maybe 11. It was just right for his small hands and he is 12 now and still using this nice pole. You would discourage him with a reel that would fall apart . They need to learn to cast with something that actually works.

They had secret sales last year, I got text message alerts on my cell phone. A few of them the store was ignorant of. One of them was an mp3 player for 9.99 that was 99.99. They refused to honor it at my store saying they hadn't heard it and wouldn't let anyone have it that cheap. I called 800- walmart and they told me they couldn't force any store to honor their prices but they sent me a 25.00 gift card. I signed up for alerts again a few days ago but haven't gotten any.

I have a Sharp handycam that uses 8mm and am getting my ds 12 one that takes a memory card for xmas. It is very easy to put my 8mm on dvd. I have a dvd vcr combo and I first transfer to vcr in case I want to edit then I burn the full vcr to dvd. Last year I weent through all tapes and put over 40 on dvd.

My ds24 told me xbox is mainly for older boys with lots of fighting, etx. FOr children and girls he recommended wii so I bought one in the summer. IT has tons of young children and girls stuff for the grandkids. They love the wii fit and are always doing it, which is good.

As to credit cards, I was over extended big time two years ago. If I wanted something from Best Buy I"d order it online and put it on my card. Last march, I had 9 department store and 2 major credit cards. We remortgaged our almost paid for home for the amount we owed and cancelled all of them. It was a little scary, but I remembered the banks have xmas clubs. I started one in January and put 25.00 in it every pay day that was a full week. My husband is construction so the weather affects his work. It had 850.00 in it October 15 and I got my check a week later. My husband is off right now, but I'm not cashing this check until BF. Unemployment has kicked in and it pays very well. I am not worried about money anymore since the cards are gone. It was constant stress over who to pay.

Walmart has a lot of Disney sweatshirts on their clearance rack for 3.00. Didn't look at all of them but the rack was full.

Bought ours in the 5.00 bin at Walmart. They have it all the time and if not it's in the 7.50 rack. If u hve to . go to video rental and copy it.

I don't understsand that one. I've done it many times. Recently I took back a bunch of flower pots. Our new walmart is tiny. They don't even have a craft section or pet department. They didn't carry the pots but told me they had to give me a refund because I had the receipt. I know if you don't have a receipt, after 3 times, you can't return without a receipt for several months, but I was told with a receipt, you can return anything if it's in the allowed time frame.

My grandkids love the wii fit. They love the yoga and hula hoop on it. When they come they don't care about playing games. They're too hard for them anyway. They are 3 and 5.

My kids ALWAYS go. They save their money to get their own good buys. My ds 12 saved his money last year for a month to buy a portable DVD player. H e's also a good helper. His siblings are grown now, but they always came. We don't have the huge crowds here. I don't trust anyone but my mom to babysit and she goes with me. I can spend less money on nicer presents by shopping then and with 6 grandchildren to buy for now, I need it all.

I've never seen a prepaid card with fees. If you know what store you're going to, get one there if they have promotions. Like Kmart has one going if you get a card and put money on it for xmas, they give a discount on your purchases , like 3%. Also keep in mind most debit cards have a daily limit, usually about 750 if you're wanting something big ticket, you have to call the bank in advance to lift the limit for that day.

I don't think it's that too many are defective. I think too many people get a hole and CLAIM they're defective. When we had a waterbed which is much heavier than an air mattress, even a popcorn kernel would pop a hole in it. Camping is much more hard on them with sticks and such getting in the tent . Instead of getting a patchkit, people try to return them. Walmart has had the 15 day limit on most electronics for years. We bought our DVD players several years ago and had to return them repeatedly and even though they were defective, we had to go through the manufacturer.

In January they had a clearance sale and everything was 18.00. I bought 5 pair of coveralls and a hoody . These aren't near that cheap, but still a good buy.

At the Walmart near me, this display was put up in the spring. It's been long gone. I bought several of them at the time. They kept ours up until around July. Maybe every walmart gets them at a different time.

I have been buying Legos for 20 years now, first with my ds24 and now with my ds12. My younger prefers Bionicles. SI buy them at Walmart on clearance, never less than half price. If there is a specific one he wants, I go to Shopko when they are on sale, which is frequently or Kmart who has very little selection. Last year he wanted an 89.00 one and I got it off Walmart.com because after googling for a month they were the lowest price unfortunately walmart never has them on sale, just clearance. they have qeuite a few on theeir clearance aisle right now.. I've got enough legos in my house to build a house.
