That has never happened to me, but if it did I have something ready and waiting for that person:rant: . I would speak to the store manager and if they didn't handle it to my satisfaction, then corporate office would get a nice call.

We send/give out between 26-50 cards, but that includes family, friends and my husband's soldiers.

I was just watching the news and they did a segment on Black Friday. They mentioned that there are 3 websites that "claim" to have the jump on the sales, but they never mentioned the names of the websites. The stores know what items have promotions i.e. gift cards with them. I am willing to bet that they would not allow you to return an item without the gift card.
