Ditto on the Nov 1st. As soon as Halloween is over all Christmas music, movies, etc are fair game!!

We usually put ours up the weekend after X-mas (Saturday or Sunday), and take them down the first week in January.

I am leaning more towards Target these days, problem is that the closest Target is 15-20 minutes from my house and Wal-Mart is less than 5. Alot more convenient with 2 kids. But I always hit Target when I'm out of town for something.

Those of you that know me know about Miss Lexi (who just turned 5 Tuesday), well we've been in the hospital over 5 months this year (we just came home from an 8 week stay). So, what I would like the most is just for us to actually be home for X-mas. Go Wednesday night to your most important stores. I usually hit Circuit City and a few others then, b/c most of their items are already in place. I already know from this site what I'm interested in and I can scope out the location of the items. That way I know exactly where I'm headed when I walk into the doors Friday morning. This saves alot of time and I am more likely to get the items I want since I don't have to spend time looking for them.

Well, I gave them my home # and since Lexi's in the hospital I have no idea if they tried to contact me.

The only one that's in the mall I shop in on BF is Aeropostale. Last year they had 50% off everything in the store.

I don't pay attention to the # of gifts. It's well over 15 though. DH and I usually set an amount of money to be spent instead of # of gifts to be bought.

The ads are always leaked well before the Thanksgiving Day paper these days. Gottadeal is on the cutting edge of getting these ads to the anxious Black Friday shoppers. With great features like scans and itemized lists of the ads, printable personal shopping lists, and forums for the members to discuss the great deals, GottaDeal is definately the best of the many Black Friday sites out there. I have been a member to this site for over a year and I would never think of planning a Black Friday without it!

Doubtful! I'm way too tired tonight (been to Neurosurgen and shopping all day), but I will definately get on it first thing in the morning!!!

In the past they have allowed one ticket per item, but I've never heard of them doing it this way before. Last year I got the tv and the camera (but then decided I didn't want the camera and gave the ticket away to someone).

I will definately be getting a couple of them!! CC is always our first stop. We usually get in line around 3am. BTW, I've done about $200 worth of rebates every year for the past 4 years from Circuit City. I have NEVER had a problem with any of them.

I can't get the PDF format to download. Everytime I try it hangs the internet up. (Oh, the problems with AOL. It is so past time to switch.)

As I said in another thread, we just got a new computer, tv, and camera this year (went ahead and got them when we moved in the new house). So, there aren't any big items that I'm going for. But as for small items, I'm definately hoping to get the $29.99 Fax machine at Office MAx, and I want to pick up a few of the $2.99 Sandisk 1GB SD cards for the new camera. DH wants the Yamaha keyboard at CC for $59.99. He has one of the big ones that you have to plug into an amp. But he wants a smaller one (with regular sized keys) that he can easily move from room to room.

Looks like it's going to be in the 30's. And I won't have the extra padding (from being preggo) like I did last year.

Wasn't worth it at my CC!! Thankfully I didn't get one of those laptops. One of the girls I was with got the eMachine (which you had to do the AOL thing with). The computers that they were typing the info into started messing up and she was there for 5 hours!! Ruined the rest of her BF!! Needless to say we left her behind.

The ads here for the past two years were right on point.

Thanks for the list you've compiled. :) More than likely this is the scan that Brad received. He doesn't always get a copy of the actual ad himself. Someone scans it and sends the scans to him. If this is the case then it's the best he can do. (Which is WAY better than nothing at all.) I asked if he had anymore insight, but chances are he can only tell off the ad just as good as we can. He doesn't keep info to himself. Usually what he knows, we know. Except for the informants of course.

Same here. I went from 3am then we all decided to go home around 6. But I just collapsed after I got home. There was no way I was letting anything slow me down on BF!!!

I'd love to know what the rest of them are too! Brad? Got any insight for us? (When you get a second. Take your time, we know you are super busy!!!)

We usually just grab some chick-fil-a or McD's after a few stores (really quick). We get the rest of our shopping done then around 5-6 we sit down at a good restaurant.

I would have to vote CC just b/c there isn't a BB real close. The closest one is like 40 minutes away.
