Yay! It was nice having people stick around all year.
-
Congratulations everyone!

I had some things in my cart yesterday but half of them sold out before I could buy so I’m still looking.

It was a busy package day here too. The mailman just left a whole bin on the porch because the porch chair was full of UPS parcels. the Fed Ex driver was the lucky one with only 1 package. All totaled, I got 12 packages. I ordered a few things from Cyber Monday today but none of it is scheduled to be here before December.

My Switch bundle actually shipped. I was shocked.

Our stockings are usually candy(scored at 75% off after Halloween!), earbuds, phone cords, gift cards, gloves, notepads, fancy pens, small bottles of liquor for the adults. I thought about maybe doing lottery tickets but I never remember to buy them.

Went out this afternoon, my Walmart was deserted. They had TVs galore, they still had 12 65” ones 30 minutes ago according to their Facebook page. I picked up a wireless mouse, a few dvds, thermal shirts and some gloves.

Anyone else have crazy family drama? Any ideas to curb it?
speeddiva replied to Silverstreak24's topic in 2018
My in-laws are the reason I drink LOL I was thrilled when MIL cancelled having holiday dinners. Now we go to her house on another day, take her gifts and out to dinner with zero drama. -
Now that everyone are adults, we open Christmas Eve.

Kroger announced on Friday that it will bring Geoffrey's Toy Box displays to hundreds of participating stores around the country this holiday season. Geoffrey's Toy Box will hit stores in November and offer nearly three dozen different toys that were exclusive to Toys "R" Us. The product list released by Kroger included dolls, toy power tools, toy dinosaurs, a telescope, a microscope, a dollhouse and a chemistry set, among others. Brands included Animal Zone, Imaginarium, Journey Girls, Edu Science and others. Kroger's nearly 600 participating stores include Kroger, Ralph's, Fred Meyer, Kings and Fry's stores in the Southeast, Midwest and western United States. Geoffrey's Toy Box is the latest attempt at bringing the beloved yet bankrupt Toys "R" Us brand back to life. After the chain shuttered its stores over the summer, investor-led Geoffrey LLC obtained intellectual property formerly belonging to Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us, including approximately two dozen toy brands. The company said in October that it was exploring how best to "bring back these iconic brands in a new and re-imagined way" including international licensing and franchise deals.

I’m hoping for an Apple Watch. Im hoping for a great deal on the 3rd gen but DS2 would be fine with whatever.

I’m stumped for gift ideas too. DS2 has asked for an Apple Watch so that’s definitely a BF thing. Other than that, I’m looking for inspiration.
