This has been a fun thread. Hope it continues for 2020.

I’m trying to keep it around $1200 this year. The kids are all grown so it’s getting harder to buy for them and I hate giving cash/gcs. That just no fun for a serial bargain hunter.

I am hoping to find a deal on Cricut accessories. 50% off vinyl would be awesome.

I’m already planning on canceling my Prime when it’s up in February. I live in a rural area and my ordering window for 2-day is Monday-3 PM Wednesday. Any time after that doesn’t come until the following Tuesday. In addition, I can’t remember the last time a pre order arrived on the release date. It’s totally not worth the money when they can’t fulfill their end of the contract.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year....! Aside from a few DVDs, I’ll probably be skipping BF. Money is tight and Kids are all grown up so it’s a crafty year instead of a retail one.

Where the heck did August go? My sons started their last semester of college this week. I’m excited that I don’t have to deal with FAFSAs or financial aid departments ever again!

Happy August everyone! I spent the weekend checking off the last Artist on my concert bucket list. I finally got to see Shaun Cassidy live. [emoji7][emoji445] It was a 42 year wait but it was a blast.

As if buying a mattress isn’t hard enough, I can find one manufacturer that carries a split queen anymore, and it’s in NY. I really don’t want to lose my adjustable base or move to a king which would take more space. Decisions, decisions....

Summer has finally arrived with a vengeance here in Ohio. Day 4 of 90°+ temps. We spent a week of June in Colorado and built snowmen on the continental divide. They still had about 8’ of snow at 12,000 feet.

Checking in for June. I spent the last week road tripping out west...from 104° in Las Vegas to 9 feet of snow in the Colorado mountains. It was fantastic.

Hope everyone is surviving this wild weather! I’m heartily sick of rain but I’m thankful we have dodged the flooding and tornadoes (so far).

May is here but the weather still feels like March. Went to visit my sons in the UP of Michigan and got snow + 45 mph winds...brrr! The beach still had 3 feet of ice on it.

April is shaping up to be a crazy month so I’m checking in now.. len_mullen, I cant speak much about a smart home but Alexa can start my new Dodge Durango [emoji23] I freaked my hubby out with that one.

Green Bay– Another big retailer is going down, and this time it is a Wisconsin-based company.
