Every year my worst is at Wal-Mart and every year I say I will never go there again.. and this year.. I mean it (I think ) Last year when we were on line for an I-pod touch for my niece, there was a stampede of customers who were running over to where the not so bright employee was throwing items out to the crowd instead of having the line go over to where the items were. My daughter nearly got knocked to the ground.. and were weren't even there for that item.. we were on a specific line for an item that was behind the counter.. the I-pod Touch...

I just did the numbers too.. it isn't that great of a deal unless you just cannot come up with the full membership fee. The $15 for 15 weeks comes to nearly $60 if you were to pay it to cover the entire year..for $40 you get 52 weeks.. If you take the $40 and figure that out for 15 weeks, it comes to $11.54 per week.. just my 2 cents on it...

While that is a good sale, it is still quite a bit of money for peppermint bark....maybe if there was free shipping it would be a little better. You can find some good deals on this in TJ Maxx, Ross & Marshall's sometimes after Christmas.

Oh... oh well, just a thought...

I did get a cash register rec't for 3 out of 6 of them but didn't notice exactly from where. They were from the first 2 orders. I have to look at them. I am not home and won't be for a week.. I will have to remember when I get there...

At least they sent you a $20 gift card with no minimum.. it could have been worse and not sent anything. My sister ordered a Dell Laptop from Staples and they sent her one of those emails the other day! I told her to fight with them since she could have gotten the computer at Wal-Mart for the same price had she known sooner. Now they are no longer on sale at Wal-Mart. After days of emails back and forth, Staples sent her a coupon for $100 so she could use it toward the Dell they have on sale this week. She got the coupon in her email last night. We went to Staples last night, that laptop is sold out as well, in the entire region! WE called the Office of the President today and they cannot locate a single laptop with the spec's like the one she had ordered (and they charged her for, but did credit back) and provided the delivery date... the day before the EDA is when she got the email... now no Laptop for my niece for Christmas!!! and the $100 coupon is useless!

Now that I would really be upset with & would not take that as an answer. I would email and email until I got a better response. 3 hours for an ink-tag is nuts! That is their neglect and you have to pay for it in gas.. no freaking way. I would remind them of that. If I were you, I would return both of them at their expense and just reorder 2 new ones as opposed to giving with the ink-tag. Let those who you were giving them to know what happened.. You can actually even show them the hoodies..let them unwrap them, then take them back & ship 'em back to Finish Line!

Ok..not the Gators but maybe your weather I have family in NY and where they are (Westchester/Putnam) they did have some nasty weather. So depending on where they were shipped from and how they are getting there Like I said in my other post, just a thought.. also depends oh what style and what size too. I know on my first order, I ordered the woman's zip up blue Gator and they sent me the pull over. I went online and saw the zip up was out of stock, in all sizes. I kept the pull over since my daughter would like it anyway, but they didn't give any reason as to why included in my order

I just looked online and they were $69 not $49.... so where does the $49 come in.. only way I see them as $49 is after the gift card, not prior... if that is the case, I am not going to pick up more. I don't "need" them at this time but for $49 & then the gift card, sure...

so they are $49 in the store if you tell them you saw it online for $49? I was there the night before last and they were $69. I did order mine from Target but for the $49 (and a gift card) I will purchase 3 more to keep on had for when we have our hurricanes and have no electric! This way we have a total of 4 portables.. for 5 people....that works

You bank should be contacting them for info on your order. When they state you never ordered as they are telling you, then your bank will go ahead and allow you to keep the "temp" credit they issued. If this place states to the bank that you ordered, then they will have to show they shipped it.. then you will probably get your order. Chances are, you will just get to keep your credit.

That happens where ever you purchase a 2 or the price of something. If you have to return one of the items, you will end up paying full price for the 1 item you keep. It is not just Finish Line that does this. It is to prevent people from ordering the 2 items & returning 1 just to get it at the lower price. I know that is not what you were doing & that there was an oil spot. I think maybe Finish Line could have taken it back and reordered thru their system for you and had a replacement sent to your home. Did you ask or did they offer this option?

My third order that I placed on 12/20 arrived at my house yesterday! I cannot complain about them. Order was fine too... just what I ordered. Two blue Gator hoodies, one size M & the other size XL! Just a thought here, all who are having problems, maybe the teams chosen are out of stock, or maybe the weather is presenting a problem with getting them out to you. I don't know. I am in SW Fl were there are no "snow" issues and my items came from TN. I am not sure if that matters, but it is just a thought. When you are dealing with deliveries the weather can play into it. I know the US Mail says it delivers in Rain, Sleet or Snow, but other carriers do not.

I just checked on my order that I placed on the 20th, according to UPS, it was shipped out and set to arrive at my house on the 23rd. As of now it had a departure scan from TN at 4:40am today, both hoodies! I guess they will get here before Christmas after all. I hadn't really planned on it so I wrote little notes and placed them in the "gift bags" along side of the "gift bags" that did contain the other hoodies that did arrive! I am thinking the delivery matters where you are at & what team you ordered. Other than getting a pull over instead of the zip up on one of my orders (which is OK since my daughter will like it anyway), I have not had a problem.... so far and I do think they switched them out because the other was out of stock.

I just ordered (3rd order, already rec'd my first 2 orders) another set of Gator hoodies and code is still working... I did have to put 4 into the cart then go back and delete 2 thought to make it work.. so if anyone still wants to try.. I did get it to work...

I got both my orders but they shipped me the wrong sweat shirt. One of the ones I ordered was a zip up, not pull over (blue), they shipped me the pull over! I am going to keep it since my daughter will like it, but no reason given for the switch either. I looked at my order & my order was correct, but shipped wrong...

I would never recommend ordering from DELL!

no you cannot cancel from it, there is no link to hit to cancel. If you can find one on there, please tell me where on that page. I did email them to follow up with my call. I do intend to call them tomorrow too...

I am glad to see it is still working.. I am debating on getting 2 more.. That would make my 3rd order I think my niece & nephew would want the Gators too.. they both have birthdays coming up in January!

What does your email confirmation say for an estimated date of arrival? Please read my post above.. when I called to cancel, the rep said they weren't even available so I could not "cancel" my order yet since it hasn't completely downloaded into their system...

OK.. took 20 minutes for them to pick up their phone for me to cancel my order. The cust serv rep said that he could not cancel it "yet" because it has not completely downloaded into their system yet. It was sent to their "vender" and it is showing that the "item" isn't available. I said to him, then I should be able to cancel if the item isn't available. He said he cannot do that on the weekend. I must wait 24 to 48 hours from "now" then call back to cancel.. ok.. tell me that makes sense to you?! The email I got from them stated my item would arrive by 12/21. How can they give me an EDA if they don't have the item to even ship?! I think they just aren't letting me cancel. When I call back in 24-48 hours, they will tell me that my order has been processed and is now too late to cancel.. I would bet anything... let's just hope I am wrong. Like I said, the $2 isn't a big deal, but I would sure not purchase anything that is expensive from them knowing how they are with their cancellations... They are suppose to be a good company too..
