Yea, we have the pallet system. It seems fair to me! Letting everyone come in and grab everything before 6 (or whatever) am just seems to take the sport out of it.
Definitely more good than bad. I think people are generally more extreme that day.....the people who are nice the other 364 days of the year are SUPER nice and have a good attitude on BF. But the people who are uncivil the other 364 days are the ones who are ultra-jerky that day!
I don't feel bad--their marketing works on me, b/c the ads draw me into stores I might not normally think to put into my morning, like WalGreens, for example.
I never thought to look.....I would think they'd keep that inventory in the back, especially if it's something not in their usual inventory. I'm going to have to start paying attention--thanks for the idea.
Wow, I don't know that I'd still be enthusiastic after getting bumped around so much! I don't think I've encountered much shoving, people have been pretty civil. But it's nice to hear that you can still enjoy yourself!
I used to get caught up in that hype, but I only do it now if it's something I can use/gift.
I still stock up on the free CD spindles--we go through those like water, so we can always use them
Can't remember any long lines. I mean, there were long lines, but we've somehow always managed to hit the check-out at a reasonable time. Even at WM, we only waited 20 minutes......we wait longer than that on a usual Saturday afternoon.
