This is my main bf item..My ds6 wants one so bad and this is going to be awsome! I have been thinking about it all week and for some reason I have this feeling that I'm not going to get it but I hope that I do..

my dh is getting a deer target for bow hunting and a trail camera and he also wants a new tool chest. what does everyone think of the 14 drawer that sears has in the bf ad? and i'm not too sure what else because our computer is taking a crap! and he wants a big screen..so we shall see..lol..

Well i would love to do more from us but my dh thinks that all but one from should be from santa. so they usually get around 15 gifts each and 14 are from santa and then the 1 from us. How does everyone do the BIG gifts do they get wrapped or left unwrapped and put together.

All of my kids still do my ds6 dd 3 and dd 1 so i hope that we get to do this for a LONG LONG TIME :)

My kids get new pjs every year and get to open them at grandmas on christmas eve(because we have santa come to grandmas house and bring them to them) so that way they have them to wear christmas morning and then we always have an ornament for them also.

This is my 3rd year and I can't belive that I didn't start going sooner. I love it.

I might have to not include everything that I have bought before black friday in order to stick to my x mas budget..lol..I am not sure how im going to stick with it this year I have already gotten a lot of good deals! However I just keep track on a spreadsheet.

I was going to put somethings on layaway the other day and then decided not to and just put the money that I would have spent on the weekly layaway a side each week and then going to get it on black friday. I also just get 25 a week in visa card from my sons school because they have them threw scrip and I thought that since I was helping the school that would be a good way to go and that way im not carrying cash and it doesn't seem like I have to save save save for that day! :)

I just went and got some toys at the toy land sale and man let me tell you I really really really can't wait now for black friday! waiting in line and the rush of people made me feel like it was already the day....and after I left Farm and Fleet it was weird coming home and not going to anyother stores!..lol..

I don't think that I even want to know how much I spend in stocking stuffers..lol..

I haven't started listening to it just because I can't find my cds but I do have some on my computer. I have however started watching different movies and I am so in the mood and since the weather some days feels like nov its really hard not to be in the mood for christmas.lol..

Now that I read this thread I think that I bought some at target last year on clearance but do you think that I know where I put them? hahaha.I will have to do some digging!

I only spend about 25-30 on my niece yeah I only have one but I have three children of my own and I know that my dh brothers can't afford to spend much on my kids and that is fine with me. My children are the only grandchildren on my side of the family and I know that my brother and sister go WAY over board however neither one of them have kids or a gf or bf of their own to spend on and thats what they have chosen to spend we didn't set a limit. If they decided to drop down in price I will totally understand that.

I always come home from shopping on black friday and sit down and wrap all the gifts that I got that day and anything else that I have that I haven't wrapped yet. I normally put my tree up before thanksgiving but the last two years I wasn't able to because of remodeling and so those two years I came home and put the tree up after shopping and then wrapped so I didn't have empty tree!

i just got mine the other day and it wasn't in plastic..i LOVE how they have the recipies in them and i also love how they have the 5 meals thing and it list everything that you need to get at the grocery store to have them meals.. I try to do that however i ALWAYS seem to have forgotten something but so far when i did it out of the kraft book i was good to go..I think that i would pay for the magazine but i don't know because i know that you can look at it online however I like having the book infront of me as well.

I don't ever camp out I do get out really early! But I also never go for electronics I usually just get things for my kids like toys or movies clothes. I am looking to buy a ds for my son this year so that im sure won't be easy!

Has anyone ever use them? I have never done this but I would like to. When I buy it how does it work do they send me a gift card or how does that work? TIA Sorry if this is a stupid question just wasn't sure.

The gift card thing is a really good idea. I sent my son to a catholic school and we have to use $1000 is scrip or our tution goes us $100 I could just buy the srip (they are generally gift cards) and use them black friday and I would have my 1000 in no time..lol..

Our tartget is mostly 30% but a few 50% hopefully it will go 50% soon

I was just thinking about starting to get my kids school stuff also. We also go back the 23 of Aug at least the private school does. The public school doesn't start until Sept 8.

I have to say that my favorite candles are Gold Canyon Candle they smell awsome, burn all the way down evenly on the sides, they are just great..

wisconsin has been snow everyday...and we have 3-6 today 2-6 tomorrow and then sleet of the 26th..we are running out of places to put the snow..and the wind has been horrible like 32 below with the wind chill...
