Yes, pretty good deal on iTunes, but Walgreens is still better. You get $10gc for buying $30 iTunes, so that's essentially 30% off. Dollar General is 20% off. BOGO on Command Strips is nice. I don't use them for anything, but lately I am a little obsessed with them, and want to have them. You know, just in case. I like to try and get the earbuds, for emergency replacements, but my stores sell out pretty fast. I wonder if they only have like 3 to begin with. Sometimes, they will have one left, which isn't helpful on a BOGO sale! Luckily, I have 3 stores within 2 miles of my house, so I can check around.

Since most of my stuff is ordered and delivered, i keep it in the boxes, and make a few likes of boxes in the corner of the bedroom and/or dining room. Luckily my kids have never been snoopers. When they were little I kept it in my closet or in the spare bedroom downstairs. I have a spiral notebook that I write down every thing I get my kids, even for stockings. For other people, I kinda go by memory, which sometimes is scary!!

Y'all are cracking me up!!

Yep, same as last year. I didn't even go at all last year. May not this year either. Sad, because I would always make many trips to 2-3 Walgreens. Starting at midnight. And would load up the pantry with toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, and of course the arm and hammer. We opened the last bottle of the results of my shopping trip about 5 years ago last week, and my husband is stressing. Oh well. Now I can buy more actual gifts.

Awesome, they have the little skinny Ring doorbell. I don't think I've seen that one yet .
-
Hmmm... Well, they still have the $10 GC with $30 iTunes... Assuming you have a cashier that knows how to ring it up. I figured out all the iTunes deals one year and this was the best. Not that anyone in my house has iTunes. And, they have the Welchs sparkling grape juice. I had a hard time finding that at other stores last year.

I did this at target a couple years ago. Good point about the time they might pick your order, but it worked out well for me.

They have 2/4 games my son wants, so they are winning so far. A couple places have Zero Dawn, but literally right before I bought it at target on their sale, I found out that in December they are releasing the "Complete Edition". So guess I'm waiting on that.

You're welcome! I try to plan my trip so I can "roll" most of them from transaction to transaction. Usually thanksgiving morning isn't too busy and I can do that easily.

If I hadn't had to buy one in March, (my mixer completely died), I would have grabbed that mixer too.

Yay. Thank you! Litter, milk bones, beggin strips, and toys like always, but looks like this year ill be adding puppy pads to my usual list. For my cat!! Does anyone see collars in there? My eyes aren't awake, so maybe I'm missing them. Mama likes to look through those every year for her animals. I can park her there, go do my other things, then grab her on the way to checkout.

I got some BBW coupons in the mail a couple weeks ago, and pretty sure at least one is good bf. I've got a dog on my lap right now or I'd go check... A couple months ago in the Sunday coupons there were some for Milk Bones and another dog treat, so I put those aside to use at PetSmart. Someone posted the Michaels coupons in another thread last night, some hood ones for there. Then of course BBB always has the 20% purchase coupon.

Nothing there I need, but I'm not a Walmart shopper. They only have one of the 4 games I need, Best Buy so far is winning with 2.

Extra Care Bucks can be used in the next transaction after they are issued.

Detergent, yay! (it's the little things, isn't it?)

Does anybody else's Kohl's email from today say "Plus earn 3x rewards all November long!"? Do you have any info? I get Kohl's emails on two accounts, and only the one attached to my Kohl's account says that. And when I click the link, it just takes me to the main Kohl's page, even if I'm signed in. And adding things to my cart, it still shows only 1x. Any ideas? Shopping this weekend, and for the bf sale will rack up a lot of points if that's so!

The free after rebate tote bags are pretty cute. Not that I need another bag... But for free...

O Holy Night. That was my grandmothers favorite, so I think of her. Also, my mom's, and my dad's step sister would always play it on the piano for her on Christmas eve. My son used to be on a sign language performing team, where they went to different churches and schools and other venues and performed songs in ASL, sometimes as a replacement for a church service. I always loved the Christmas performances, and my favorites were Silent Night, O Come O Come Emanuel, and O Holy Night, even the version they used by Group 1 Crew.

Oh hooray! Thank you Brad!! And congrats to all the other winners!!

Yeah... The thing is I am off work the week of Christmas and the week after. We (my husband and I work at the same place) decided to take the week before off so we could have time to prepare for Christmas, so when his mom offered to get us a place to stay, he told her we were off that week... So kinda defeats the purpose a little, but still happy. We just need a vacation so bad... School has been going for 3 months now, and I am still just buried. It usually eases up beginning of September, but we've had some big changes this year, and I just don't know when it'll get slower. Hopefully by Christmas! If nothing else, I'll bake cookies on vacation and just bring them home!!
-
Guess what! GUESS WHAT!! We are going on a trip for Christmas! I've been wanting to do that for a few years, and we haven't been on vacation since April 2014. My boys probably won't be too happy... But they'll be okay. No one is asking for much it needing anything, so this is a good year to do it. Plus, I have some money left by my grandfather that I've held into for 1 1/2 years, so this is perfect to use it on. My MIL arranged the accommodations, so that's taken care of. We just have to eat and have fun. The only bad side is that it's the week before Christmas, so I'll have no time to prepare or make all the desserts I usually do. And we won't get paid until almost the end of the trip, so lots of careful planning will be required. But I'm so excited!

Ooh, I missed the google home mini. I'll add that to my list as well.

I'll get the Stranger Things set for $10. Husband wants the box. And probably Destiny 2. Nobody is asking for a lot this year. I feel like we have everything already. As for them closing and reopening... Well we would always go in there to kill time between other store openings. But it would be empty, so I'd always say it was a shame they had ro have people up all night for that. So I'm sure it's best for them. But shopping in an empty store is nice!
