  1. My son and husband each have their own Bluetooth speakers, one for their room (or wherever), and a waterproof one they hang in the shower. No one else connects so no confusion. We really like the Mpow waterproof speakers found on amazon. Those are fairly inexpensive. That might be an alternative.
  2. I have wondered as well, if the "door busters" will be available starting Monday, or Thursday. Not clear. I'm going to check the one I want and hope for the best!
  3. My mom gets coupons to target, but I don't. She gives me hers though since she doesn't shop there much. Funny though, she sometimes gets a second one with a different name (no clue who that other person is), and those values are different!
  4. There are a couple of resources. First, the main Black Friday sure us searchable. http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/ We also have some awesome comparison charts. http://www.blackfridaycharts.com/
  5. Thanks for that reminder! I keep forgetting about that.
  6. I really like the tree I got from home depot. It's just in 3 sections, and the pole is powered so no plugging in multiple light strands. The first time out of the box it took a lot of fluffing, like most trees, but the second year was much easier.
  7. My niece is 13. I got her nice colored pencils, gel pens, and a leather journal. She also has an interest in anime and Five Nights at Freddy's and such, so a good place to shop for her is WeLoveFine. Maybe you can find something neat there. She and her 15yo sister like to make YouTube videos to go with their art they create, so her sister got a electronic sound making board for her birthday. It's called a Launchpad. That was pretty cool. Or if she likes to build things... There are some easy to build dollhouse kits that are fun. (if you need suggestions message me) Legos are fun, there are some really amazing kits of buildings and things. There are also girl kits. And the Disney castle is amazingly awesome. Lego Mindstorms, or some other building/programming type thing. There are several STEM related toys out now, if she is interested in such things. When my daughter was about that age, her grandparents got her a motorized scooter. It was really nice. But she never used it. But if your daughter has places she would want to go that are easy to get to, that might be an idea. Good luck!
  8. Here's the Microsoft Store ad. They sent an email, and it's posted on their site. https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/cat/Black-Friday-Sale/categoryID.67001100?icid=topstripe_BlackFridayPreview_SW
  9. Don't forget you can also do a search on the Black Friday page. http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/ A search for Xbox one bundle yields several results.
  10. I'm.glad they separated out the batteries this year, in years past it's been a combo pack of AAs and AAAs. We just don't use as many AAAs as we do AAs. With that said, I opened up my last pack last week, and said, good thing it's close to BF!
  11. You will love this tree. I got in line about 5:30 and was able to get a tree. But I noticed a lot of people in front of me were also getting the tree.

  14. I've done gingerbread for about 13 years. Lately I've been thinking I was getting tired of them, but then each year when I'm putting them out, I talk to each one as I put it on the tree.My grandfather gave my daughter a silver bell for her first Christmas. I continued that until she was 21. For several years I got my son a nutcracker, but he kinda lost interest. I bet your collection of santas is awesome! 25 years, wow!
  15. Yay, they look to have the record player I'm looking for at the lowest price. I don't have these stores by me, but the last couple years I've ordered online with good results. I'm sure there's a few more things I'll end up picking up, they always have a good selection of stuff.
  16. Yep, it's it. The dates are at the top. It's got a few of the normal stuff they typically have. ITunes with $10 GC, free ponytail holders, b1g2 candles, and the 2/$4 Welch's sparking grape juice. (Did you see me put on my positive face? Sigh.) Oh well, I will have more money to spend on actual gifts instead of normal household stuff. I usually spend upwards of $100 there. And now I don't have to worry about hurrying home for the online sales to start.
  17. Well... Looks like it will be an easier Wednesday night, Thursday morning than usual... At least they still have the itunes/gc deal.
  18. Michaels used to have one Ott light on special deal. I was able to get it once, but now that I really could use them more, they stopped. Sadness. Also, I used to get most of my shampoo/conditioner for the year at Walgreens. A couple years back they took that out of the ad too.

    Lightning Deals

You can also filter the deals by category. That makes it a little easier to look through. I also believe the Amazon app has a way to kinda watch items, but I don't have the app so I'm not sure exactly how that goes. When I see something I will be interested in, I just put a reminder on my phone. Also, they add things all the time, so it doesn't hurt to keep checking from time to time, even if you have already checked a certain time period.
  20. I did a debate on a Keurig I ordered online a few weeks ago. I printed the form, then mailed it with the UPC and the packing slip.Kohl's rebates do require the UPC from the package though. I think the in store rebate dates are only there to say you can't go say, Tuesday, and purchase it in store and get the rebate. The item description online will say if there is a rebate, and link to the form.
  21. Yep.Nephew is 12. I figure that the laptop probably won't make it long enough to where 8gb isn't useful.
  22. I am blind. They do have one, yay.
  23. I told my mom about that one as well. It has a nice amount of memory. Mama is helping my sister buy this, and she doesn't have much money, so I think this will do well in performance and cost. I wish they could get him something much higher, but... I think both are good choices.
  24. Dollhouse. There are cute tiny ones for calico critters, or others for barbie sized dolls, or ones for 6" dolls like Melissa and Doug brand. But every little girl needs a dollhouse.
  25. That link worked for me. Too bad I don't have a Meijer here.
