Carson Pirie Scott, i ran into the same problems as msomnipotent. The lines to the escalators weren't so bad but the coupons were good on very few things! The lines to check out were very long but I expected that, especially when people kept going back to find something they could use their coupon on.

Menards wasn't first on my list so I didn't get there until about 8:30. They still had the Fleece blankets and sqishy pillows. In fact they refilled the pillows while we were there. I saw a lot of the popcorn but I didn't see the jar candles.

Circuit city has a 7" poloroid portable dvd player player online for 102 and some change after rebate. There are 2 $20 rebates with it. One of the rebates is only good through tomorrow. We do. Growing up we had seven wrapped presents in our stockings and we opened one each day from Christmas to New Years. It extended the holiday and DH and I do it now. We don't have any kids yet but I plan to carry on the tradition.
