In my area the ppl rushed into compusa with just about 3 employees in it , they had to call the cops. and ppl stumbled onto each other, most of them returned empty handed, because they carried similar looking items with no rebates to the counter to find out that the scanned with a different item code and they did not have more energy to go looking out for the correct item and get back into the line. A friend of mine who bought just two items took about 2hrs to pay and get out though he was among the first 10 to get in.

Please vote now so that ppl can make a well informed decision next year.

I got in at 8.30pm yesterday, I was the 15th guy but guess what, they handed out only 14 vouchers . The voucher number 6 was never handed out. When i complained they said they can do nothing about it. after 1pm the sales manager confirmed that they have all the vouchers accounted for. CC@StevensCreekBlvd, SantaClara(SJ), CA Will never shop at CC again.

CC employee handed out 14 vouchers for the laptops instead of 15, voucher number 6 was missing , i complained coz i was the 15th guy and did not get a voucher, the store manager kept running around, sales manager was not responsive. Nobody was interested is solving this issue. After 3 visits to CC and much anguish, the sales manager tells me that ALL 15 vouchers are accounted for. What does that mean? Somebody inside probably hid the voucher for their friend? Feel really bad after having waited in the line since 8.30pm. Will never go to CC ever again. Never had this problem with BB in teh past 5yrs.
