Our Toys r Us only had 3, they were all the same doll and they weren't in a special display.

Squinkies seem to be easier to find around here lately. I also saw 2 Lalaloopsy dolls at target today and picked them up. DD wants a Lalaloopsy from Santa and Her birthday is in January so I got her the other one for that. I wish they were less expensive, I think it would be fun to collect them all. I also have seen singamajigs at both Walmart and Toys r us. Toys r us had A LOT in a bin in the front of the store.

Growing up ours were always wrapped, for DD I have wrapped most of them but left a couple of the big items unwrapped.

We got a pack for my daughter last week to test them out and she has been fine in them. That being said, she has never had trouble with any diapers.

We usually wait until after Thanksgiving but I am thinking of putting up the trees a little earlier this year. We are having Thanksgiving here so I am afraid both our families will think we are nuts. . . but I don't think I care. :)

I have seen where parents wrap up a big box and put Disney themed helium balloons inside. When the kids open the box the balloons will fly out. Inside the box you can put a letter, maybe some t shirts, or Disney Dollars.

I went to 2 targets today and they were both still 50% off. I am hoping tomorrow they go to 75% for costumes. Oh also at one of my stops they had the coupon book out by the toys.

My DD is still too young for snooping but I think I would just have the Bat Cave be from us and have Santa get a new present.
