There was another post about this somewhere, but since you brought up DG, their Friends & Family night is this Friday, 8-11pm. From what I've seen, it looks like just about everything except Health & Beauty aids, food & socks & undies is going to be 25% off,,,,including those green dots!!!! I would call your local DG to be sure though.

I'm not sure about this, but I think what you're talking about is a burner for a computer & I'm talking about a dvd recorder that goes with your tv. I'm pretty confused though! LOL

I wonder if there's anyway to "get around" the copy-protected thing. One of the main reasons I want one is to put all of our vhs movies onto dvd. Anyone know??? TIA

One of the games listed is War of Warcraft, for the pc. I went to the gamestop website & the price that's listed now is the same it's going to be on BF,,,BUT I went to ebgames website & they still have it for $49.99.......wonder if the ads are for both stores???? We have an EBGame store here, but not a gamestop yet. I know they merged, that's why I'm so suprised that the prices on their websites are different. Anyone have any clue about this???? TIA

where we are in SW PA, it's by invitation only. Everything but health & beauty aids & food is 20% off.

We usually don't do much on Christmas Eve. Sometimes we'll go to an Aunt's for dinner, but mostly just hang out. This year I'll be working a double at work,,,,,,,traded that day so I could have BF OFF!!! :)

I LOVE it! The great prices, the excitement, the thought of the Christmas season starting,,,,LOVE it all! I'm in retail & even liked it when I was at the other side of the counter,,,,BUT LOVE it more being a customer!!

The only real rule here is we have to be up first. But usually we're so excited that we're up before our son!! :)

I just finished wrapping everything that I've already bought!! WOO HOO!!!! I'll wait until Christmas eve to finish them off, ribbons & bows so they don't get smashed. I'm so impressed with myself this year!! Of course everything that I buy on BF will probably still be in their bags until Christmas eve! :)

I don't really hide them, just keep them in my bedroom in the corner in bags. If you can see through the bags I'll throw a blanket over them. I've told my son (now 13) for years that anything he finds goes back to the store!

The site was also mentioned on CNN news tonight, I wasn't paying complete attention, so I could be wrong, but I don't think they actually mentioned the web address on air. They just spoke about it & Walmart!!! Way Cool!!!
