Works for me!!! I like to spread my costs across many months. I always find something at Target !

I miss being in the store with the crowds (pre Covid) - with that said I didn’t have any issue with the way Walmart did BF last year…. I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. I won’t go near the crowds now

This is very unfortunate. Many people depend on this layaway to be able to afford items for the holidays. I find this exceptionally offensive in our current climate when so many need extra help.

I was shopping for a couple of birthday presents last week and had to make some different choices due to shipping times. I have a 2 week window and thought that would be fine. The shipping is really getting bad. My DH works for Sams and they are having delivery delays (minor) due to staffing issues. Lesson learned early !

My daughter bought the Lego Bird of Paradise for her dorm since she does not have a green thumb. I just bought the bonsai for her since Target noted they will be carrying the Botanical Collection. Lego anything specific is miserable to find during the actual holidays ! LOL

Always love BF but I know better to buy that item that’s a great deal in September and not wait for Black Friday. I do a lot of “extras” now on BF. OH and stuff for me. [emoji3]

I have bought the main things like I did last year to make sure that everyone has at least 1 thing they wanted.

I would love to have this set up Christmas morning. Just sitting in the den playing when everyone gets up…. <takes a sip of coffee> “oh hi! Merry Christmas “. <she turns back to play>. [emoji23]

Even though I have waayyyy too many I was online at kohl’s and accidentally saw they were on sale for $11.99. Not holiday but cutes patterns.- American Flag, animals, the cute movie themed one that’s been hard to get .... gezzz, now I want more. Lol

I was watching The Today show this week. They had a retail analyst on saying since Walmart and Target have jumped on the bandwagon -to have their sales also during Prime dates - they said this couple of days will be Black Friday- don’t miss the sales and wait.

Glad to see this coming back as hopefully a “new” old tradition !!

My sister and I needed up going to Walmart because the things she wanted had to be bought in store. There were probably about 50 people on the store. We got everything with wanted without any crowd. Then we went to Target. It’s was shopping on a Tuesday for both stores. There really wasn’t anything to fight over this year! Lol

I’m completely lost and disappointed with the sales... lol. Black Friday has always been “my jam”. But I understand as it pretty much fits this whole 2020. Still I am ok- I have my job, all of my family and the ability to enjoy the season.

Have they put out the location maps for the stores ? I didn’t see it online or in the app.

Went for something completely unrelated and I bought my poinsettias. $1.98. Tons available!

I’ve decided that I am skipping full fall decorating after Halloween and putting up Christmas next weekend.

My DD Asked for some also but she wanted a pair of converse also. Rack Room shoes was doing there BOGO 1/2 off with an additional 20% of. I got both for just under $100.

Ok- I missed Targets quesadilla maker sale earlier -which my fam was upset about - but at least Walmart will have griddles on sale. I tossed our 10yr old one earlier this year.

I was at my Target for some grocery stuff and they already had the TVs in action alley with the sale prices.

I told my DD that none of us really need anything so presents will be light this year. She basically received her Christmas present early due to virtual learning- a new laptop. Lol. She then got excited about stuff she would never do with me before because she was too busy. Now she wants to make gingerbread houses and “do memory making” things. This is one great bonus for this year! I think this is my greatest Christmas present ever

I just looked at the Home Depot Black Friday Ad. Meh.... is all I can say! Lol. I haven’t seen anything in any ad yet that’s interesting. I have decided to put up Christmas early to help get the blah out !

I bought on of these TVs last year. I have been pleasantly surprised! The picture is great and we haven’t had one issue.

I hear ya! So far nothing has surfaced that I want or need so that’s a little disappointing. But it’s making me rethink how we do the holidays. I am still hopeful that there is one ad that has all the hidden gems!!
