our daughter who is 4 wanted a train set last year ,we did not get her one though. this year she said she wants a train set AGAIN. I thought ok i will look for one. i found one target is gonna have that is Thomas the Train for like 12 bucks. I showed it to her and she said, OH that isnt the kind I like, so I guess she isnt a Thomas the Train fan. If you want a funny story my mom died 6 weeks before Xmas when my oldest daughter was 2 ( she is 11 now). I over bought to deal with my loss at the time so we had many gifts under the tree. SHe saw them all and said," **** there are a lot of gifts to open !!" we laughed to ourselves and said , not to talk that way. how could you not laugh with how random that statement was

i picked up bed sheets for both kids that cost 3.50. One set is a bright red and the other is a green color. I also grabbed a picture frame that holds 4 small photos for 2.00. that is as far as I have gotten. I have a lot to get because I have 2 birthdays coming up on top of Christmas ! by Jan.1 st I will be all shopped out and broke lol

i thought of my kids making coupon books for their sponsors. it would be good for brownies, cookies, cupcakess each month. The book would have six coupons in it along with coupons for a hug or a kiss for fun. Im just not sure how much it would be liked or appreciated. They could put with it a cute ornament or something like that.

I know he has a sweatshirt , but the tshirt is a good idea ! It is hard to find things besides plush ! He gave a few small ideas to his mom but none to my daughter. He said, we are together and that's enough. So I am hoping his list gets longer. Right now its moonsand, playdoh, twinkies. Lol kid at heart

My daughters boyfriends name is Alvin and he collects alvin chipmunk things. He has the movies already. Any ideas on were I can find something besides the movie or a stuffed animal ? I guess our Walmart is one that likes to make things difficult. she said I had to bring the actual item with me not just the reciept from the day before. she really tiicked me off. i went and found it in the store for the sale price i did want bought it. I then went and returned it with the recipet from the day before. wonder how she liked that lol .

mine thinks Im nuts but they dont stop from asking me to get them somthing as long as I am out. I am kind enough to say no because if they want to laugh and make fun of me then they dont get use of my time and energy for themselves.

My daughters boyfriend is going to get her one for xmas. he is waiting for her decide which one she wants most lol. his mom is a rep for the company so he has fast access to them. I think the purse and a shell is 30.00 and they are adorable and made well

i started on saturday i bought flannel lime green bed sheets for my daughters bed , they where 4.50. she was with but i couldnt pass them up i told her just forget about these 9n the cart. her remark was "YA RIGHT ". she decided to forget when i sid otherwise they go back on the clearance table lol

I tape my reciepts to the item that I buy when I can Also there is something called the Neat Reciept its scans them so you have them for taxes but you may want to do this for your purchases not sure if they would take a scanned copy or not. I use it because I am self employeed Daycare Provider. I always have mine for TAX Season

the ornament frames on our tree. they were my moms she has my kids in them her cat, myself , my dh, and herself and her husband. they both died since then so every year I hang those on our tree still ~ thats the best Xmas decoration I have.

you know when you look at that mp3 player in theBB ad you can see all the info about it on the site!!! its on the BBweb site only not in stores yet. I called my local WM to see if they have it also, they do so I put it on LAW and will price adjust it on BF. I did the same with the movies too,that I wanted all on layaway. they will be annoyed when I price adjust it all it is currently 250.00 but will drop drasticlly once BF comes!!!!!! it will be less then half of 250.00

This may sound nuts but I am always trying to find a way to make a few bucks if its fun! I think personal BF shopper would be fun.... you get your stuff FIRST plus pick up for others while your there:D . have them pay like 20.00 for gas and time in line (maybe you canget more I don't know). then for every thing you get that is on there list they give you a extra 3-5.00 maybe more depends on what it is etc etc go by % of the cost or something. they pay you up front for the cost of those items and the 20.00 you return with the items you have on the list. they pay you XXXamount $$$ to get the items released to them. I wonder if people would go for it knowing they are not fighting crowds and standing in long lines???

I got it for my 1 yr old for xmas or her birthday (her b-day is 12/11 ). there are no reviews on it yet Ihave notfound it in stores either. wondering if anyone knows how there child likes it. thats still not bad saving 40.00. the timing was really good for us,I'm going to keep mine other one on layaway incase god for bid it does not come in time. they say have your order in by 12/10 but I know how that goes. he can get a all kinds of things have to remember this in the future they have big screen tvs,boats you name it.

I wanted to get our dd a IPod/Mp3 player what have you. Well the one at BB for 34.00 seemed not to bad IF I was able to get one that is:) . I knew that WM had it for 69.xx so I put it on layaway along with a bunch of those bargin movies that will be out. I get home and dh says guess what we are going shopping on the computer(points to his work one) he hates shopping so why was he so excited??? :D here with his job heearns points over time he forgot about it and then forgothispassword toget into it! :no: so once he got it. WOW we scored he was able to get 1 IPod 30GB it plays,music,boosk,video god only knows what else and he also got another 1 that was like maybe 10 or20 GB can not remember for sure on the second one .I was so excited about the first one:g_thumbri .they will cost us NOTHING but tax thats all!!!!!!!! the even funier part is we ordered them when they were sitting by us but they were so involved in there stuff they never even noticed what we had been doing:eyepoppin . I am guessing these are worth close to300.00 I don't know much about this things at all. the nice thing is my dd has a LDand she will benefit from audio books in the next school year so this will help in that are as well.

Iknow Walmart does price adjustments etc. This seems to good to be true though~ Isaw the mp3 player at BB has it for 34.xxthat BF morning. WM has the same one I matched it up for 69.98 now. I was going to go and put them (2) on layaway and then priceadjust BF with the ad. This way no line at BB . Iknow I need to see if I can pick up my LAW at my WM. DO any of you see any reason they could not priceadjust thisaside fromLAW being closed????? Do I need model #s he matched off by brand and style ????? it would be a 50% savings . not sure how great they are they seem decent they are for a 7 and 10 year old.

Ok I need some help understanding this entire GB memory cards for Mp3 players etc. My son wants one but myself nor my husband know anything about mp3 players or these cards. I know IPods are very expensive and many other brands are very good. this is for a 10 year old child so we need to keep price within reason. Hetalks he wants to use these iTunes cards but again this is the blind leading the blind. I am concerned if I go into the store they will sell me something that is not practical for him or try sell me something thats big money just to make a sale. I know that BB and WM have them on sale BF but I know nothing about them really any input would be great. Like I said this is for my son who is 10 so spending 100s of $$$ will not be going on for one of these at this point and time

Ihave to say the ads this year STINK!!!!!!!!!! I went out and did 90% of my shopping already, I grabbed the HOT items my kids wanted and a few other things for them. I was worried with the way people had been shopping in my area I would not get what I want for them. well I am glad I didgrab it and toss it on layaway because none of the most wanted items seem to be in the ads. MAYBE just MAYBE they are all or a chunck of them are going to have some in store specials not advertised??? Seems rather odd this MANY stores have no specials that we are drooling over. just does not make sense to me. this ad Walmart claims more to come it better be good coarse could it be any worse really??

I wonder if it has changed or if its based on the store manager actually reason I say this is last year I was in line at Target to get somethings and I had a employee right behind me waiting she got off work from stocking or what have you. shewas waiting behind me to get things she wanted and I remember commenting on she probably had her cart set on the side . her response was oh no we are not allowed to do that we have towait our here with all of you once our shift is over. I was glad and surprised to hear that ~~
