Where have you found that Amazon and Walmart have a Wii deal that includes a $100 GC. I have a friend who asked me to be on the lookout for a Wii deal.

For me the Amazon deal is better since I need another DS gme and cant get it at Walmart so I will be applying the credit to the one I need. I also like getting it shipped right to my door. I dont have to go anywhere lol

Amazon has the deal where you get a $10 credit towards a future video game purchase. Plus there is no shipping or tax. (At least for me)

I am also looking for a good deal on a touch for my DD11. I am leaning toward a refurb one from Apple. I got DS's last year when there was a bloop with B, so I am hoping to get a good deal. I have seen them as low as $128 for the 8gb but since DS got a 16gb I am waiting to see if I find one for her. I dont care if it is a 2nd or 3rd generaton.

I will only shop Justice with a coupon. My DD11 also knows to wait for a coupon or she will only look in the clearance sections. She does this for other stores too like Aero and Hollister. Yes she does where "trendy" clothes but I buy them big for her, and we never pay anywhere near full price.

How much do you want to spend? What about and Ipod touch? My DS got one last year and it was the best gift he has ever received. He loves it. We also got him a camera last year too. His birthday is 4 days before Xmas so his Grandpa got him a laptop as a combo birthday/xmas gift. Now I can say he has everything. Dont know what to get him this year. lol

I have received many bad gifts from my MIL. This one takes the cake. One Xmas she gave my DD (at the time 8 months old) a bag of beads you use to make necklaces, bracelets etc. On the bag it said age 8 and up. I guess she assumed it meant 8 months and up not 8 years and up.

Where did you get the wrist wallet. My DD1 would love that. She loves wrist bands, hamd warmers etc. Please let know. Thanks

They also have deals when you use the 40% off coupon for every $50 you spend you get cards for $40 off a future sales. One of the cards is $25 of $50 (so thats 50%) and the other card is $15 off $40. My daughter got $100 gift card for her birthday in August along with some of those bonus cards I received when I bought her back to school clothes. She wanted colored jeans. We go to the store and she ended up getting 3 pairs of jeans, 5 t-shirts, and 2 sweatshirts. Her out of pocket cost was $24.00. She used her gift card, and her $25/$50 on one purchase which came to $154, with the discount her out of pocket was $78. The other purchase she used a 40% coupon and the rest of her gift card and $24. She was a happy camper. I dont agree paying full price for Justice, Aero, Hollister. But I have gotten some realy good deals on the clearances. Just this weekend I p/u for DD11 and DS13 2 sweatshirts each, 1 t-shirt for her, 1 sweatpants for her and 2 t-shirts for him. I paid $100. I plan on pre ordering Super Mario after I pre order Assassins Creed 2 since I will get a $10 credit from AC also. There are quite a few games that when you preorder you get the game credit.

Does anyone know what they mean by a Nintendo gaming card??? Is it like the Wii points card???? I hope the games are pretty good, this might be DD big gift and upgrade from her DS lite she has now.

I am behind also this year. I am usually done by now. DH has been out of work since July so things are going to be very light this year. If one of the previous posters could give me a couple branches from their money tree or a shoot of it for me to grow my own DD's 2 teachers done DD's 2 religion teachers done DD's bus driver done DD have a few things need to get her main gift if I can figure out what that is????? DS got a few things know what else to get but they are on pre-order video games & have to order his tennis rackets. DS Birthday on 12/21 to buy for. 2 DNs will get gift cards or money. My Sis & BIL not exchanging this year DH got one gift but not worried if I dont get anything else. FIL have no idea DH's Grandmother have no idea Dogs nothing yet cat nothing yet birds nothing yet After putting all this down, I am actually surprised how much I have done. That controller is called the classic controller and it is used for a lot of the games that you can download onto the Wii from Nintendo. You can also use the controllers from the Gamecube system since it uses the same plug in. We use the Gamecube controllers sometimes and others we use the classic, its whichever the kids feel like taking out.

I think it has to be used by the end of the year, but not sure. The credit wont be sent to you until 2 days after the game is shipped to you, but a pre-ordered game you will receive on release day. I am staggering my orders for pre-orders since I have the $40 coming from Amazon (from the promotion that ended yesterday) will use towards Call of Duty, then the $20 credit from Call of Duty will use for Assassins Creed and the $10 credit from Assassins Creed and the $10 credit from Super Mario I will put towards a DS game for DD Imagine Detective. Then after all that I think I will be done for Video Games (I HOPE)
