I saw the furniture you are talking about go 50% at ours. Maybe I should move to Texas! The chair we wanted was gone quick tho. It was a round modern looking black padded one. Oh well.

Our school supplies are still 30% off also and what is left is not anything I would want. I did find that their wall art is 50% off. I bought a metal sculpture for the wall for 50% off. It caught my eye when it first came out and I was pleasantly surprised to find it at 50 already.

I made a list today so I have a "reason" to go to Target. Hubby has been mentioning lately the fact that maybe I don't "need" those things I have been finding on clearance. Darn the man that notices new things in the house!! Will have to check out the dollar spot. I found some great things when the last one clearanced out!

Forgot to add, I also found some electronic items on clearance. Found a case for our MP3 which was 50% off.

Thomas OBrien stuff, from dishware to bedding, was marked down a bit more in my store. Patience paid off for me once again as I found a duvet cover for 50% off. It is in my washer currently and cannot wait to put it on!

A lot of times, the store that is advertising an incredible deal, is getting an incredible deal. Those that price match may lose a great deal of money on it and in the long run, can be the wrong choice.

I am sure you guys were all tested well. Moving and merging and splitting are the easy part...it is dealing with all of us that gets interesting! And that part, all have done a great job!

I am finding more Thomas OBrien stuff on clearance. Today I picked up a light blue carafe for 50% off. The bedding is still 30% to 50% off.

I love that the bigger pack deals went 30% off. This morning I got more garbage bags since that was basically all that was left in my store. I am waiting for the Thomas OBrien sheet sets and duvet covers etc to go down a bit more. Most are 50% off but still signed at 30%. Of course the one duvet cover I pick up is still 30% off so it is still there. Hoping my patience pays off.

DH loves that show. Nice enough it has shown up as free on demand programs....watch it when you want, rewind, pause, etc...very nice...

I ordered some chimes once for my father. They were called piccolo but said they were 18" long. Little did it mean tho that the STRING was 18" long...the actual chimes were 4 inches long. The string above the chimes to hang it made up the difference...so yes the string was 16" long. I was terribly peeved, called Lands End and they didn't care. Needless to say I have never ordered another thing from the company. Sounds like it was a bit misleading and yes, I would call too. Hope you let us know how it works out!

I was willing to live without it so was willing to be patient. But was actually surprised to see that it was still there! I have learned a lot from reading this post so I thank you Pam for the time you took to help out all of us Target/deal seekers!

Well, patience definitely has its benefits when shopping at Target! Then finally 50% off. Today I scored finding it 75% at my Target!! Hooray for me!!

They actually get full price for the donation by giving it to Goodwill...in other words, they mark it back up to regular price and that money amount is what they get to claim as a donation.

I always thought if not a law, it was the correct way to do business. I was very surprised when it was the actual MANAGER to do this.

It really depends on the store. We were shopping for winter gloves and the sign said 50% off gloves. We thought it was odd as they were very nice gloves so asked a mgr in the area. He says NOPE, takes the sign and says Sorry....

Found a cabinet wine rack for 22.98 this morning...75% off. The rectangular ottoman that someone posted about earlier being 50% off at their Target is now finally 50% off at mine. I have decided to take the chance to see if they will go 75% off as they still have 4 left.

Stopped by my Target this am and was glad that I had no interest in the dollar area as it was COMPLETELY filled up with people grabbing all the deals. Store employees were moving things around yet again in the lamp/shade area where some of the clearance items are so will have to go back tomorrow to see what else I can find.

Wow...I admire your strength in avoiding your Target for several weeks. I cannot go a week without mine....If I am off a week, I am there more often!
