I've never ordered from hooray.com but I've never had problems from artscow, snapfish, shutterfly, or ordering from Walgreens online.

This week they have oatmeal for $1 in their ad and if you go to that brands website they have coupons for .75¢ off making them .25¢ each and the same for the Tasters Choice instant coffee individual packs.

But things have been bad all summer and prices haven't been that great so far. The grocery stores around here seem like they've raised prices and haven't had any really great sales. And stores like Target, CVS and Walgreens seem to take much longer to clearance stuff out. No real great back to school sales on school supplies compared to past years.

Did you already get pictures from them? Or are you going by what they look like on your computer screen? I've uploaded lots of pictures and ordered from several different photo websites and have never had a problem with pictures or colors unless the pictures were low resolution or blurry to begin with.

Mine had summer at 90% off today, I got some more junk we didn't need, lol.

I think it's been that cold here at night already. They took the folding chairs off clearance here per district managers directions, glad I already got enough & was just going back to get an extra one. All of the Walgreens here put them on clearance and sold out except for one of them that still has them full price, I kept waiting for that store to lower the prices but then CVS had there's 75% off so I just got them there instead. And that Walgreens still has them full price.

For this whole year they have changed how they do clearance compared to previous years, the after holiday schedule isn't the same as it used to be and the clearance schedule hasn't been what it used to be. And they definitely leave stuff on lower clearance for longer.

If you have a AAA card they have a discount, it's like 10 or 20%.

I'd just go in there again and try to use the coupon with a different cashier. And I'd go to their website and ask on there. Or call another TRU and ask and when they say "yes" explain to them that the store you went to wouldn't take them & see what they say.

Have you checked Office Depot, Office Max or Staples? They seem to have different brands on sale every week & school supplies are still on sale so they may still have them on sale just a different brand than last week. Otherwise check Target or I have gotten them on clearance at the grocery store (back to school clearance) before.

With Kohls you HAVE TO look at the price and not the % off and determine if something's a good price or not. They change their prices several times a week and have all these different sales ("lowest prices of the season"...). You really have to look at the cost and if you have any coupons for additional $$ off there. But you are correct, many times their "50% off" isn't such a great deal and things are cheaper at 40% off with a coupon. But they do usually have some great deals there on BF. And save your receipt, if it goes on sale later you can get a credit or return & rebuy the item.

You can get all of this stuff cheaper at Walgreens & CVS. They had the Dawn on sale for .89 a couple weeks ago and with .25 coupons they come to .64¢ each; I've gotten the toothpaste & floss & glade & shampoo & conditioner cheaper at CVS & Walgreens shopping sales & using coupons or at a grocery store that doubles coupons.

When I order from Artscow sometimes I order several orders in one day instead of 1 larger order.

But some stores like Best Buy and Kohls have a better system for handling their long lines than other stores.
