I think I remember reading in another thread on here somewhere that you only have a certain amount of time to pick up stuff you order online and have shipped to a store.

They have to do that, they can't sell anything that's been recalled, they can get fined if they do. They probably pulled them off the shelves and then someone else found one somewhere else in the store and put it with other clearanced stuff in that department not realizing it was recalled. They have to put it in the system as recalled because they can't sell it anymore.

I don't remember what the exact number is but you only get so many coupons connected to your card, once you get that many you don't get more coupons until some of them expire. I don't think it's even 10. I scanned my card on Sunday and didn't get any coupons, I had several (3-4) expired since then and scanned my card today and got 1 lousy coupon!? Sometimes you can scan your card twice while you're in the store and more coupons will come out the second time.

If you're not there the day they go 90% they're pretty much gone within a day or so. Last year my kids school needed certain notebooks, I went to target every day until they were 90% off and bought every one of them, it was a couple 100. Other people from schools and daycares were in there doing the same thing, stocking up on something they needed. Plus everyone calling their friends and telling them the stuff was 90% off, it goes pretty quickly.

School supplies go 90% off here every year. Not clearance, but the Target coupon generator had b1g1f coupons for the Fancy Feast Appetizers, combine it with the manuf b1g1f coupons from the paper and you get 2 for free.

There was also a 50 cents off coupon in the p&g insert from this weekends paper making it 50 cents a bottle. I have 2 CVS's and now 4 Walgreens about 5 minutes from my house & 10-15 minutes away are about 5 Walgreens and 3 CVS's. It's crazy!

The Dawn Hand Renewal is $1 and if you got the p&g coupon mailer there was a coupon in there for $1 off so it's free after the coupon, the coupon expires 9/30

I've been saying that for years! Best Buy does the same thing asking everyone to sign up for their rewards program. Do they have to do that crap on BF! How about handing out a piece of paper with the info so you can sign up online when you get home if you are interested. And stores asking every person to purchase a product repair warranty...

Some of the OFF bug spray here is 75% off, some is 50% and some is 30%. I combined the 75% off ones with some 75 cent off coupons that I have been saving for just that purpose and I got OFF for under 50 cents a bottle. I think different scents were different percentages on clearance.

Don't all the video game consoles come with only one controller?

If they dropped the price all stores would sell it for $50 less. It's unlikely that only TRU would sell it for $50 less than anywhere else, they all would sell it for the lower price.

The line moves pretty fast & you go with another person that gets in line while you finish shopping as soon as the line starts to get long. I always start at Kohls and am able to make 2 other stores openings afterwards.

But all the really good stuff is gone the first couple hours of BF. They can call it a 2 day sale, but it's stil a BF sale.

I got some for 75% off from CVS a couple weeks ago for $3.xx and $4.xx, the really fancy ones with a shade cover on top were $7.xx. The $4 ones are a little nicer than the $3 ones, but they all do the job fine. I would have to go out to my car to be able to tell you what the difference beteween the 2 was, I think it's a cup holder in the armrest. I got the $3.xx ones for the kids but should have gotten them the ones with the cup holders too, and I wish that I'd picked up 1-2 of the $7.xx ones with a shade cover. So anything under $5 is a great price, I've seen them $10 around here lately on sale several places.
