They will take your total, and add the "your savings today at Publix" part to that. That is the amount that will count. It has been verified by several CSRs for the promo. They will subtract any alcohol & tobacco purchases tho.

Actually, with coupons, the majority of things I get at Publix are free :) I haven't shopped at WM for several years (political reasons, not prices), but I walked out of Publix with 4 bags FULL of stuff for $7 the other day. I highly doubt I could do that at WM.

The only problem with giving your phone number, is your ECBs and coupons will not print on that reciept. They will only print if the actual card is scanned.

I get them randomly in the mail a few times a year, as well as around birthdays that I registered with them.

My CVS takes online coupons as well. A great online coupon site is www.boodle.com.

Mostly in grocery stores, but I believe Walgreens has them, and some people have reported seeing thm on Pepsi 12 pks @ CVS.

There are alot of promos out right now, and all are for both Pepsi & frito Lay purchased together. The beauty is, there is a $15 rebate out as well.

Just glad the info helped someone. Like you, with coupons I don't even come close to spending the $150. One good thing is they use your price before coupons, so that does help some. But without finding tapes, there is no way I could do the promo. What really stinks is Publix has the cleanest parking lot I've ever seen!

Thanks for the offer Pam, but as it turns out, it WAS in my paper. Somehow I overlooked a coupon book & the pyramid book. That means I had a total of 6!! coupon books in my paper :) Too bad i only got 4 papers, lol. My ads run thurs-wed as well, and I believe the Motts deal starts today. Oh, for some reason my stores take forever to put out the booklets, if they do at all. There have been several that I was never able to locate

Oh how I love this deal. I will have to look & see if the limit is 3 again. Last year I got the max of 3 cards, and had a blast at JCP. I ended up getting into kids clearance when everything clearance was marked $3.27 or something crazy. Also, for anyone who is new to this....remember to pick up any reciepts you may see on the ground or in carts...they just might have the qualifiers you need, or can at least put you over the $50 mark!

Why is it not possible a 9yo wrote that? We have our own little prodigy here on the forums too. MarkRaby is a teen, and is an accomplished writer for several websites, and I believe he was working on his own. He reviews electronics, and is damn good at it. I'd be willing to bet he could have written something like that at that age. Now for all I know, a 50yo wrote that. I'm just saying don't be so quick to judge! :)

No pyramid booklet here, but when I went in Kroger this morning to get milk, I found $3 off 5 Mueller's blinkies :) I had some before, but they expired, so I was glad to pick these up. I already have about 30 boxes of pasta ( down from 120!!) but making money I can't pass them up! Looks like I will be headed to Publix tonight before the sale ends.

What happened here is the items have been salvaged. They get marked back up to full price & donated to Goodwill or another charity. This way they get teh full value for tax purposes. It stinks, and sometimes they will go ahead & mark it 90% off, other times they won't even sell it at all.

I havewnt looked at my paper yet, I will post back as soon as I do. Hopefully I will have the pyramid booklet as well. Publix does double coupons here in GA, up to .50. Oh, and Pam... grats on the Gators! Bet that place is crazy today!

Loss prevention

Apparently this is a big LP issue lately. The mgr told me they have LP meetings every day lately, because the coupons are over the amount of the items. Hopefully it will all get straitened out soon.

Oh, another thing I forgot to mention...his week glade plug in warmers are $2, and alot of mine had coupons for $3 off any plug in warmer. I picked up 4 of them, and made $1 on each one :)

Well, I did good today :) 1st target I stopped at didn't have alot, but I did manage to get a 7' tree, was 99.99, I paid 9.99. Got some garland for .29, other misc stuff. 2nd Target I got 2 packs of mens PJs, 2.19 each. Popcorn tims, .99, and ALOT of other stuff. The 2nd one still had candy, gifts, etc. I think it was because only 1 sign said 90%, all the others said 75. I also picked up some mini-lights for .17 a pack. I spent $40 all in all. Oh, another find was Pumpkin spice coffeemate was .16!

I am absolutely sure. I grabbed one, scanned it, and threw it in the buggy. Every bad I have says 14 oz. And not a single one rang up .69. They all rang up 1.07.
