  1. She has a ton of build-a-bears so that won't fly. I appreciate all the ideas. I am going to a holiday fair tomorrow so I will let y'all know if I find anything. PS I like the Eppie!
  2. My son is 12 and could not care less to have a cell. My seven year old DD is QUITE another story! I told her I'd get her a cordless phone for her room for Christmas; end of story.
  3. Walmart first. My next stop depends on what all I'll be able to PM at WalMart.
  4. The parking will also be HORRENDOUS!
  5. Is this going to be for the National News??? I'd love to see it!
  6. Is that your daughter? Hope she's okay!
  7. Thanks for the suggestions, everyone! Keep them coming as I am still looking around.
  8. Right here, elena. http://www.amazon.com/Big-Bratz-Cloe-Collectors-Doll/dp/B00026RGH2
  9. We have both the Disney and Harry Potter Scene It. Hope this is something good!
  10. I do the same thing. I don't think I'll be able to with The Game CD though, because it has a bonus DVD with it.
  11. OK, so I know this is weird, but I thought it was precious. I really need help, so please put your heads together on this one for me. Last night my 7 year old daughter asked if Santa could bring her a doll specially made by the Elves, and not one he got from the store. When I asked her if she wanted it to be all soft, or part porcelain, she said it didn't matter as long as the Elves did their best work. HELP!!!
  12. Ditto!
  13. Walmart on Woodruff Rd. (Greenville, SC) is the way to go if you will be making other stops like me- like Kohl's, TRU, Old Navy, Target. Everything is on one street.
  14. Yup! A few things I needed are on sale. I will get the $33 Audio Rocker Chair at Target instead of the $40 Audio Rocker Chair at Walmart, The Game CD with bonus DVD, and X-Men 3 is a little cheaper so I will PM it at Wal-Mart, but WM is still my first stop. Will the 5 pc. Cheer Sleeping Bag be long enough for a 7-8 year old? It looks kinda short on the ad-scan.
  15. Old Navy, IMO.
  16. One word: EMPLOYEES.
  17. I remember either Brad or Ross posting to make sure that you add items on your shopping list as those items can not be deleted once checked.
  18. OK, but where do they draw the line? Say Target has 20 laptops...and 18 employees want a laptop? Is it fair that only 2 customers out of the 20+ that have been waiting get the deal? What if the item you or me, or any of us for that matter needs is limited in that way? We should wait for hours atop hours only to be turned away due to employees scooping everything up? For such limited quantities employees should have to wait with the rest of us.
  19. I actually agree with you. I wouldn't touch retail with a ten-foot pole. I also agree that limited items should be for those of us who wait hours on end in line. If an employee is single, etc. then maybe a relative or friend could try for the item for them. My point is that employees hoarding big ticket items is wrong, but I think you agree.
  20. Hmmm. Mine does.
  21. Well, it certainly matches up with what the chick on CNN money said...."We're not done yet."
  22. A few things caught my eye. Last Year and this year: jeans, Stick Vac, Little People Sets, Barbie, CPK...the list goes on and on.
