Just heard on news since it's ny news which is local news, that the cops can't press charges on the people rushing the doors because from the surveillance camera's they can't pick people out of the crowd. So now all that is left is walmart.

Yeah. It is on youtube already. Seems walmart should follow bestbuy. Have a cop outside and let people in like 20 at a time, but as someone said walmart employees get a kick out of taping everyone running in and pushing each other down.

The unidentified worker, employed as an overnight stock clerk, tried to hold back the unruly crowds just after the Valley Stream store opened at 5 a.m. Witnesses said the surging throngs of shoppers knocked the man down. He fell and was stepped on. As he gasped for air, shoppers ran over and around him. "He was bum-rushed by 200 people," said Jimmy Overby, 43, a co-worker. "They took the doors off the hinges. He was trampled and killed in front of me. They took me down too...I literally had to fight people off my back." Nassau County Police are still investigating and would not confirm the witness accounts. The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. Police did say there were several injuries but weren't more specific. Jessica Keyes was among the shoppers. She told the Daily News she saw a woman knocked down just a few feet from the dying worker. "When the paramedics came, she said 'I'm pregnant,'" Keyes said. Paramedics treated the woman inside the store and then, according to Keys, told the woman: "There's nothing we can do. The baby is gone." Before police shut down the store, eager shoppers streamed past emergency crews as they worked furiously to save the store clerk's life. "They were working on him, but you could see he was dead, said Halcyon Alexander, 29. "People were still coming through." Only a few stopped. "They're savages," said shopper Kimberly Cribbs, 27. "It's sad. It's terrible."

No, they were in the back by the womens fitting rooms, 6 or 7 with 6 or 7 on top. They had carts all over though, which was kind of annoying because how packed the electronics area was you couldn't get through with all the empty carts all over.

Out of everyone who got the olevia, what color was your box. I think i got the old version, the colored box that only has 1 hdmi, while the brown box has 2.

Just got the 37'' lcd at target. It's good i was like the 7th person in line or i would of been waiting there for nothing. They don't have a ticket system so its run for it or your sol. I grab a cart the guy i was talking to say don't do that ...run!!!. I was thinking the target guy outside said they were on pallets, they will have enough. Wrong. I'm running with the car and i see like 5 left( i think they had 10 total) I picked one up, turned around to put it on cart, the cart was gone put it down, went to grab another and looked back and the tv i grabbed was gone. So i went over and grabbed the 2nd to last one and another lady had her hand on the other handle, she was a line cutter as i remember standing in the front of the doorway and telling the guy i talked to that watch these ladies, they are going to run to the door after us. Line was 1-200 ppl. I looked at her, "i don't think so lady, next time you go wait in line". She kept grabbing, guy i was talking to yelled at her, "YOU DAMN LINE CUTTING @*$(%, get the hell out of here before i call security. She looked at him i grabbed the tv and threw it in the cart. Never had that happen, first bf experience like that, was kind of cool lol. Have to admit the ticket system is better if you don't want to get into fights, but thats the fun of BF.

Does target have lines? I never shopped their bf on blackfriday, only bb and i don't know when their lines start and I plan on going there to get the 37'' olevia.

Has anyone gone to target before on BF? How early do the lines form. I was at BB last year and at 9pm there was around 70-100 ppl. By reading some of the target bf's, 3-4am should be ok to get the olevia. Does that sound about right?

Well i think i found the best deal on the Canon SX100IS. At circuit city it is on sale for 257.99. I just found a coupon for 40 off 200. So if they accept the coupon "crosses fingers" that will bring it down to 217.99. Cheapest i found it by far on sites. Hope it works. :) I know the coupon says no reproduction/photocopies on it but most said that including the one i used at macys. Hopefully i get some kid who just scans it, or i'll just say i got it in an email. Don't know if they will say ok if i say i got it off ebay. Has anyone bought coupons off ebay before?
