I managed to get one ordered ! Feeling pretty excited! Will keep trying for #2!

I didn't get any sleep last night because of the election, and now no sleep waiting for the Walmart ad! I should be in great shape in the morning!

My guess is no. This seems to be the " it" item, and I don' t think they will have quantities for Black Friday. If you need or want one, I would suggest to not wait, and start the search now.

This year we will have the gingerbread/candy tree in my office, Santa boots and hats in the family room, and possibly another tree in the dining room. We have moved, and I am trying to get a feel for how everything should be! I designed this house with certain things in mind( where to put Christmas trees), but I am certain on decorating themes as of yet! I may start from scratch next year!

Do you have any insider info that might give us hope?

I have one as well, and LOVE it. Think of it as a small convection oven. It is fantastic for several options, but I think I appreciate it most in the summer when I don't want to use my oven. My ds19 has even said he would like one for his apartment.

I actually had Walmart cancel an order I was able to place when they showed them in stock yesterday. If it is for a child, don't rely on the order going through until it is in your hands!

Thank you for al,mother suggestions of places to look. I think my biggest obstacle is that I live in a very rural area, without most of those options for shopping!

No, I haven't gotten one yet. I know it is going to be extremely difficult to get one, as everyone else wants them as well. My fingers are crossed that somehow I am able to!

I traveled over 60 miles to one Walmart that was showing a " Hatchimal" in stock. After looking around in the store , they realized it had been sold. The checked stock in a mother store 40 more miles away, and it was showing in stock. They called down there to verify they actually had one, and as luck would have it, the had 2! They took my name and offered to hold it for me at the customer service desk. The entire drive down I was very excited and appreciative of the first stores help. I reached the 2 nd store location to be told that they sold the one they were holding for me. Ugh! I know it is " the hot item" of the year, I know they are hard to come by! I was so disappointed that they told the Walmart associate in the 1st store they would happily hold it for me! That isn't the shiniest example of great customer service!

I am hoping to be able to order 2. One for my Nintendo collector DS, and one just to have to play around the house. I am also worried about the " plug and play" feel of the systems form a few years past. At the price point, I am not expecting too much.

I may not have looked close enough, but where is the " Friday" sale? Even opening in Thanksgiving evening, I always ended up going back for the Friday morning specials. Did I miss them somewhere?

My vote would be a super hero....and a ladies cut option!

I actually had my 2 offices draw names 1 month ago. In one location one girl was expecting and due In November so we wanted to make certain she felt included in the planning! My other school, we were just excited! Was it early then? Yes, but it worked for our situation. If people are complaining now, maybe they just can't embrace it! I swear all of us are going to blink and we will be at New Years!

My brain is totally EMPTY as soon as someone asks me this question! It's like I get anxiety over it! I am very lucky to be able to afford anything I want or need, and every gift us so special to me that I never know how to answer! I wish I could think of something ! My kids and hubby also wish I could think of something!

OMG I woke up for this ad? I had to look a couple of times just to be certain there was NOTHING in it for me! I had no real expectation, but just some excitement! We have all video game systems already, t.v.s, iPads, ......outgrown toys! I can't believe there is nothing I want to go buy!

Well I might just wait up past my bedtime to see! Considering I get up at 4:00 a.m. I must be excited!

Add me to the list of wrapping paper issues! I LoVE wrapping paper and gift bags! My paper has match my tree theme! I only wrap unmatched paper on gifts that we will be delivering! I have just had a conversation about finding perfect paper for myself a gift with my husband! I love red glitter,velvety, embossed shiny papers!

I have never really gotten anyone checked off my list on Black Friday, let alone completed shopping! I buy things we want, but my shopping habits must be extreme! I start a list of ideas for people as soon as a full year before. I have been finished with my lists before BF, and use the shopping as fun and a bonus!

The staggered times make me exhausted! However, I play along because I want to be able to buy what they have! I used to be tired on Friday afternoon, but now it is completely sleep deprived,wiped out, body ache tired after shopping! I can't wait!

Most of my pet peeves are much the same as others: 1. Babies and toddlers out. I saw a mother cradle a newborn in one arm and dive for sheets at walmart. It was brutal. I know some people have no choice, and it is tough. I am not passing judgement, only feeling bad for the situation. 2. Stupid people in general. Young adults jumping from shopping carts into cardboard displays of video games, people ramming you with shopping carts expecting you to move when you are locked in with everyone else! 3. Line cutters! Really? Just because you can doesn't mean you should!

Oh how the people I shop with have changed! I used to shop with a friend, but she couldn't handle the pressure of the people. My daughter has moved out of state, so this year it will be with my 16&17 year old boys. They seem to enjoy it, and are happy to help!

The anticipation of getting up super early Friday morning is gone! I would go over every inch of every ad after Thanksgiving dinner anxiously awaiting bedtime! That being said....I am embracing the new! My teen boys like to go with me to help me in lines get the items we want, and I get to experience a new dynamic with them, which I wouldn't trade for the world. I have a " hard to shop for" boy that for some crazy reason will grab some items he won't tell me he wants, but will show up with arms full. I am lucky to not have to work the holidays, as I work in school environments, but I do express my joy of being able to shop the crazy hours to the employees that are there! Hoping a happy customer can help buffer the cranky ones!

1. Walmart will once again have the best ad. I say this because of the variety of merchandise and ability to have low prices. 2. Yes, I have a feeling that great items will be available on Thursday, and I will want to,pick them up. Not the way I would love to have it happen,but will participate. 3. Black Friday day sale will start at 12:00a.m. ......Friday morning. Not to be confused with the pre Black Friday, thanksgiving day sale!
