Nope, no idea. And he doesn't care as long as he doesn't have to do it. He hates shopping, just hates it. I usually make him go with me once during the holidays, but I don't know why I do that because it drives me nuts. He's one of those "shop as fast as you can and get out of here". I don't think I'm going to invite him to go with me this year.

We have an angel that my mom made for us and gave us the first Christmas we were married.

I like Shopko. Hope they have some good deals on dvd's and video games.

The week before Christmas I usually spend the evening closed in a room watching some type of Christmas movies and wrap, wrap, wrap. As I shop, I load up the spare room with all the gifts and it looks overwhelming, but I love it!

Sadly, the same is true here. When my son was in kindergarten, they got to have a "holiday" program, but that was the last one. Now they only have spring music programs, no holiday themes at all allowed in our schools.

Most of the time, it's the week after Christmas. Usually before New Year's. Once Christmas is over, need to get it out of the way to have room for all the toys!

I've never actually done it, but thought about it a lot. Always felt it's too risky and probably won't be there when I come back for it.

I think it would be fine to do the GC's again. If they liked it and you know they get used, why not? Better than something they don't like and stick in a closet.

I've quit ordering from both Abc & Ltd. I ended up spending way too much in shipping and they are notorious for backordering items and then cancelling. Customer service is rotten, at least my experiences were. They never notified me of cancelling my orders, just did it and when I called to inquire, they would say they cancelled it a long time ago due to it being out of stock. Just wasn't worth the trouble.

Target & Wal-Mart, those are always my first two stops.

My son loves the Sleepy-T sheet sets from Domestications. They are soft and warm, come in tons of colors and are less than $10 for twin size.

I go all out for Christmas shopping. I never think I have enough and keep buying until the last day.

Just getting started. Hubby and son's birthday's are both the first week of December so I've got that to get started on too.

I always include a pic of my son in every card. This year we are going to have a family one done (haven't told dh yet, that should excite him, lol) so I will include a family one. I always include a pic in every card I send. Most of my cards are sent to people I don't see very often.
