  1. What should I look for in a good shredder? I always feel bad just throwing bills away, so I've been taking it to work and shredding. Well, they just said no more personal shredding here, so I need to find something that isn't too expensive but still will be reliable.
  2. I agree. I do think a TV/Movies general forums would be nice, though. I guess it fits into general discussion fine, but that seems to be a main theme of that forum. Well, that and "what's for dinner / lunch threads."
  3. When you do get coupons or deals for them, there are a few gadgets I've had my eye on from them! They are a good source for Despair stuff, too, if you want to drive your boss crazy.
  4. That's a pretty hot deal. With a P4 3.06, it will be a battery killer, but it's still a great machine.
  5. No, I mostly watch movies from my living room, so that's not really an issue. I like the WS on my laptop, but it really isn't ideal for graphics. You run out of screen at the bottom, since most graphics are made to fit the standard monitor ratio. (4:3?)
  6. I had a 700m configured, total cost of $1607, and the $600 off coupon would not take. Maybe it's just me, I'll try it from home, later.
  7. I've been thinking about a 20" LCD for a while. Should I go widescreen or standard? I use the computer for gaming (not as much since the Xbox showed up), web surfing, web graphics and design, occasionally watching movies.
  8. Thanks! I've been needing to go there, and this is the perfect excuse.
  9. All I need is a free Metra pass to get to Chicago.
  10. Dell GPS Kit I got it for ~$170 when they had them at 25% off, right before Christmas.
  11. My wife uses hers for keeping all of her records and order info for her Creative Memories business. I bought the Dell Bluetooth GPS kit for it, so we also use it whenever we would have previously gone to mapquest. :)
  12. Cousin's Subs take competitor's coupons. :)
  13. Yeah, I use them all the time. The ink is just as good as OEM, and so much cheaper. For ~$45 I can replace all my color tanks twice plus 3 of each black tank in my Pixma5000.
  14. Coupons here $1 Off any regular or large sub Free Chips and Drink with a regular or large sub purchase $1 off any Low-Carb Toasty Flatbread Free Quiznos Kid's meal with any regular combo $1 off any Craveable Salad Free cup of soup with any regular sub all Expire 2/20/05
  15. Yeah, that was a little optomistic. I got an exact replacement for $120 shipped. That's a great deal, because now I have 2 batteries, spare remote, etc...
  16. I don't know anything about the monitor, but that site is trustworthy. I've bought many parts from them, and never had a problem, even when I had to make a return.
  17. It looks like we may go the Ebay route on this. Seems I can get a similar one for ~$100 if we watch it.
  18. Yeah, I checked that out first. Nothing there really fits what I'm looking for.
  19. I sent my portable DVD player on vacation with a friend, and it got damaged in the airport. He's offered to replace it if I can find one I want for <$150. Anyone know where I can find a decent 5" or 7" widescreen for $150 or less? Needs to come with battery, remote, and car power adapter.
  20. http://www.123inkjets.com 123JUNE2005 saves 15% through the month of June. SAVE5 or Welcome will always save you 5%, but you can't stack coupons there. Shipping is always free.
  21. I don't know whether to be happy or mad that my tax return isn't in, yet.
  22. Yes, the avatar is the picture under your forum name.
  23. Link They have a better price on the cables, but I'm not sure if you want to buy the cable in bulk. If you do, it comes out to ~half the price of the 100' at Home Depot.
