American Eagle usually has good sales.. Abercrombie had A couple big events in December last year.. Not sure about Hollister, but those two are the same company, so its probably alot of the same sales. Express has ongoing sales constantly.

Hmm.. I have no problem locating Wendy's in St. Louis...?

Here, we have the only TRU, Kids R Us, and Babies R Us that are in all seperate buildings.. All of which were recently renovated, but the TRU has gone WAY down hill... Extremely hard to find things in, not as much selection as they used to have back in the good ole days... Rude associates... It's kind of sad, considering I used to love going in there when I was little..

Are these current sale prices, or were the items in boxes marked at these prices? (the ones that say "do not put on display until xx/xx/xxxx or face penalties")

I'm kinda worried about this year's TDay paper, because recently the CC ad stopped coming in the St. Louis paper, even though there's a CC near me.. Same thing with WalMart, so I'm not really sure where I can go to find a paper with those ads. (GottaDeal is wonderful, but I'd really love to be able to have the ads in my hand when shopping, especially after the WM and BB fiasco last year!)

Good idea, but.. How will you know if you made it on tv? Alot of times, tv stations air alot more footage on their morning broadcasts than later in the day..

I live near the Fairview Heights location, but they're also building a new CC and Best Buy right down the street in Edwardsville, but I don't think they'll be open by BF this year :-(

Well, with some stores it can vary greatly by the region,city,state, etc.. But it's a general rule-of-thumb that most major retailers that have Doorbuster Deals open at 5am anyway..

According to The Mills Corp, St. Louis Mills is performing WAY below expectations.. Remember the hype over the place when it first opened? And now you go in, and you could be one of the only people in sight, even in the evenings... The Mills Corp is praying for a major residential boom around I-370 (where the mills is built) in order to stay in business.. If this doesn't materialize, don't expect our newest shopping center to stay afloat for much longer.. And when the net round of store leases are up, don't be surprised to see alot of new empty spots.. Luckily, the Mills Corp has contracts with some of the stores so they'll stick around no matter what (off 5th Avenue).. That being said, I love the design of St.Louis Mills, but most of the clothing selection is nill, which is why it's an outlet.. Sorry to get off-track. I love the Disney Store, so I think i'll make a trip out to visit soon :-)

I just stocked up at my local Y/Candle store today! Got all of the currently available Christmas/Holiday scents to put me in the mood. :-) Happy Shopping! Josh

IF we're talking about the same choices as this BF, I would go for CC because they're laptop seemed the best to me.. But otherwise I would definitely go for BB because CC didn't know how to handle things this year at all.

If you bought the Toshiba from CC with 1 year aol contract, it's already installed on your system. If you open up 9.0, its already fully loaded, only needs one or two quick updates, so why not use it for the free XM radio or the many free music videos/songs you can watch and listen to?

The CC I was at gave out numbered vouchers for the items, but not for place in line. We were completely on our own. The police would drive by about once an hour but that was it. The first employees arrived at about 1am, but they only came outside once or twice until voucher time.. The first 20 or so people in line made a pact to not allow cutting though.

If you call AOL, and tell them you never got the $250 rebate, their systems will show that your account was started from that special offer, and that the $250 was never used. They might just do it in your case.

It's not possible now. If you read the fine print on the AOL rebate, it says offer only good on 11/25 and 11/26, so it's expired now.

I used my debit card, but since they don't have my pin, it's ran as credit, therefore being protected by MasterCard. 2) She gave me a confirmation number, but I didn't get her ID number. I called AOL back 30 min later, gave them the Confirmation number, and the man said that the account had infact been cancelled, and that no fees were charged.

I have no reason to scalp people for my laptop. I don't need any extra money. Just trying to be nice.. Though if I was still stuck paying for a year of AOL, it might be a different story lol.

I had planned on giving it as a gift for someone. Then I found out on BF that someone else had already bought a Laptop for them, so I thought I would keep it for myself. Then when I opened it up, the screen wasn't working properly, so I was going to return it and just get my money back because I have no real need for a laptop, until the manager said he could get me another one, so I thought I would offer it to GD members.

Okay. I put your names in a Fossil Watch tin can thing, and I pulled out Deronkershaw. Randomly pulling a name was the most fair way I could think of. You all Pm'd me so close together, and alot of your messages showed up at the same time. Sorry if this makes anyone mad, but it's the only thing I could think of doing. If everlast316 decides they don't want the WM laptop, then whoever PM's me first will get that one, assuming there are no more ties.

Okay, I checked my inbox, and two of you tied for 1st, and most of the other inquiries were sent within 5 minutes of the first two. Would everyone be alright with me drawing a name out of a hat? lol Update: The laptop is coming from Michigan, not Minnesota, sorry. And he said they're going to boot it up and run tests on it in store, before I leave this time, so the box seal will be broken just so you know. It will be the new one, and not the one with the broken screen. Also, I just got off the phone with my mom, and she is willing to part with her unopened WalMart BF laptop as well. She is asking $450 (She paid $440 for it w/ tax) + S&H. You can PM me with inquieries for that LT as well. That one will be first come first serve.
