If your subtotal was $56.82 before the code, then after the code it would have went to $48.30 so then no longer eligible for free shipping. That's my only guess. If that is the case, I'd hunt down a cheap towel or something and call and see if they can add it to your cart to get the free shipping and to earn the $15 Kohl's cash. hth

Yes, that's a great point! Always print it out, especially before it disappears if it's only for a day/two.

Basically the same way they do if you purchased the item in store, I believe. You should get emailed a order summary/receipt for your order, so for most rebates you would submit that, and if it calls for a proof-of-purchase/upc barcode, you'd take that off the packaging and submit that. At least that's how I did my one online Kohl's rebate. hth
