Hey, I bet you were actually looking at the HP PSC 1410, it costs around 100. The one that is 49.99 is HP PSC 1401. (Oh, and the two models look darn near the same!) There is not much difference between the two models, btw. Just call your store and ask them if they carry the HP PSC 1401 and what there price is. Good luck, and let us know. Patty

I bought mine yesterday in the store. Haven't opened it yet, as I have been on this stinking computer WAY TOO much! Oh, and the ink costs are good, it uses HP21 & HP22.
