Just looked at the offers. Not that great, the only real draw i see is the chance to get double, triple or quadruple rewards points.

I was interested in the Kmart one for my kids until I saw the operating system. Most people buying it will not understand the limitations of the operating system when they buy it.

Laptop has a hard drive, plays DVDs, has a hard drive etc. It's a fully functioning computer just like a desktop. A Netbook is a web surfing unit only. That's all it does

WM certainly has some blame in this based on how they run their BF door busters. I had a co worker got to a local WM last year and she said people were literally scratching, clawing, pushing and shoving each other at the doorbuster displays to get the items, especially if there was a limited number of them. They were literally ripping stuff out of people's arms as they held the item. Now WM is not totally to blame as these people are idiots to behave like that, but WM's free for all policy gets that mindset going to start with. WM needs to address this before BF this year and come up with a better way...ie ticketing...to keep the crowd somewhat under control.

I hope so...my son will be 7 in October and he monopolizes the 1 computer in the house. Would love to find him a cheap netbook to use in his room

Got to Best Buy at 5:30. Got the $30 printner/scanner/copier and several of the 4.99 DVDs. 45 minute wait in line and out the door. Side story...co-worker went to Walmart at 2 am hoping to get one of the trampolines. All she got was a badly bruised foot in the scrum as about 20 people went for 6 trampolines.

Co worker just got to work. She got trampled going for one of these. They had 6 and about 20 people trying to get them.

Just got to work after going to BB this morning. Spiderman DVD was listed as 4.99 on the BB site, was 6.99 in the store. Spiderman 2 was 4.99 in store. Seems to me that Spiderman 1 was priced incorrectly. Anyone else notice this?

I hate how they say how much off but not the actual price of the item. I have always disliked that about Costco.

a PS3 will run you 2-3 times what a Blu Ray player will. If they are not a gamer that's really a waste of money.

I have a 40" Samsung, and it's worth the extra money to get one of those over one that is not a top brand and save $100-$200.

105 reviews and 21 (about 20%) are 1 star. I'd really think long and hard about it. Most of the 1 star people had the TV quit on them in less then 6 months.

If you have a doubt, I'd pay $100-$200 more and get one of the Samsungs
