  1. Lowes did right by me. The local store said they could not tell me when the set would come in so upgraded us to the next model (WF328AAW and DV328AEW). Delivered them on Sat. Couldn't be happier with the set and with the customer service at Lowes.
  2. Anyone received their Samsung washer/dryer set from the Black Friday sale? Still waiting on mine. Originally told 4 weeks. Then the week of Jan 12. Now maybe next week. Getting old. I'm essentially financing their inventory since they charged my card on BF and I've already paid off that balance. This is in Omaha, NE. Curious what others are experiencing.
  3. Went and dealt with the cluster at local Sears this morning to look at the Samsung washer/dryer set and to find out what "Priced lower in store" in the ad fine print meant. What a waste of time. They didn't even have display model to look at, way under staffed (3 guys in entire appliance department), and the rude answer I got to my "priced lower in store" question was "I have no idea, that's already a great deal". Stopped by Lowes on the way home and redemption was mine. They have the same set at $899 today, didn't have to stand in line, got great service, have a mail in rebate on the delivery/haul away fee, and got a 5 year "bumper to bumper" protection plan on both for $129 as a today only special. This is in Omaha, NE.

The only downside in the end is I'll never get that 90 minutes of my life back I have to spend dealing with the mall traffic and worthless customer service at Sears.
  5. Got a question on the Samsung pair listed for $999.99 Local BF ad out today says "Priced lower in store". Anyone know exactly how much less? Not worth going to the mall tomorrow to save $20 over on-line price. Another $50-$75 and I might think about it a little later in the morning. Thanks.
