I see alot of people on here saying that they dont want to miss turkey but still want to wait in line for there big screen TV. You can do both. For years I have been doing BF and I have a company called Greenberg send me a turkey to eat in line. They are very good and does not cost as much. Welcome to the community! No matter where you live.....by a BB or miles away you will need to get there by 12noon on thanksgiving day if you want to get a LCD TV.

The DL thing happened to me 2 years ago in Frisco Texas but after 10 minutes of it the staff gave up.

BB has a price matching clause that says no price matching on Black Friday. Also the customer service counter is closed until noon local time.

I would like to add that some stores do follow local fire codes and will only let the number of people in that is allowed by law.

Welcome to the community! Most BB will open at 5am on BF but do check with your local store to be sure. The line will dissipate fast after the doors open. The kicker is do you want to wait in the check out lines for an hour or more? If you dont then I would say get there around 1030 to 11am local time. Remember if you dont camp out you wont get any of the door busters or some of the other good sales. I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please ask and post.

Welcome to the community! Sam's Club has given away free breakfast for the last couple of years. At my Sam's club it is easy to get door busters 2 hours after they open. Most people dont shop them for BF. They will go to Target, WM and BB first.

Welcome to the community! The best way to find out where people line up at the BB you want to go to is to go to the store and ask the manager. He/She will know and I know most stores will post signs that say "Line Starts Here". Good luck!

It may or may not be too early to line up. I know last year we had reports of lines starting Wednesday night. I think this year it will be the case where we will see more and more people lining up on Wednesday and early Thursday morning. The reason I say this is because of last years reports and when I did a scan of Black Friday news articles there were already over 60 articles nation wide talking about BF and different BF sites. As we get closer then the media articles will be in more numbers.

Welcome to the community! What store will you be going to? Dont name location but please name store. What time will you be wanting to go there? If you are wanting to go Wednesday night then I would say it is not safe doing it alone. No telling when others would arrive. If you go sometime Thanksgiving Day then I would think you would be safe as other shoppers will be there.
