It looks like you are in the clear as far as the state law is reading but I would also check your local laws as well. For example the State of Texas as a law like yours on the state level but in Irving, Texas where the Dallas Cowboys play Jerry Jones got the city to pass a stricter law then the state law about 20 years ago. Also you have to remember that the tickets are property of Best Buy and that BB is private property. So when you sell them if you do becareful and keep a low profile.

It is a great idea but please remember that some of the items at BB like laptops and desktops that will be on sale are not part of regular inventory. BB will order special specs on BF computers and use a different SKU number so early ordering and price matching cant be done. Keep the great ideas coming!

I cant speak for Brad but I think the reason there is not a section for Fry's because since it is a regional store with only 34 stores it is not considered a major store but only a regional store.

It is something that everyone needs to watch. If they are going to file for chapter 11 protection then they could have less credit to buy stock and that could mean that CC will have less stock to sell. There are already reports that mos stores will have less stock this year to cut down on loss.
