  1. That's actually why I order from Aero, my daughter is tiny tiny, she wears 00 and those are a little baggy!
  2. Thanks! I just got 2 hoodies at 16.99 each and 2 pants that were marked 34.50 each, my total was $33.98! The free shipping code worked even though I wasn't anywhere near $100. My daughter is going to love these, and it's not easy pleasing a 15 yr old girl.
  3. My kids love Snap Circuits. They are kind of pricey but so worth it. My older kids still pull them out to play sometimes. They come with a book of tons of different projects to do. They have very clear and easy to follow diagrams. My son was 5 when he started using them, but my 16 yr old still likes to tinker with them also. The bigger sets come with solor panels and you can hook up some experiments to the computer and graph out the results. Can you tell I think these things are awesome? Heck, I play with them when the kids have them out. Amazon has a nice set on sale http://www.amazon.com/Elenco-SC-300-Snap-Circuits/dp/B0000683A4 Or you can try homeschoolingsupply.com, they usually have really good prices on this type of thing. http://www.homeschoolingsupply.com
  4. It's not etched, those are metalic stickers and can be removed............carefully so you don't scratch it up.
  5. I didn't think I was antsy. Turns out I am! My brother just sent me an email saying they got a memo in the press room to watch for the upcoming BF ads to print in the next couple weeks. He's pretty sure they'll have them by the beginning of Nov.
  6. That worked! Thanks, I never would have thought a . could be the problem.
  7. I tried to sign up but it keeps kicking me from the enrollment form to submit enrollment, back to enrollment form. I can't figure it out.
  8. I ordered one of these for my 16 yr old for Christmas, this way he can lose his own tools and not his fathers Snap-On tools. It's actually a cute little set, it came in yesterday.
  9. I'm bummed, just about everything I'm interested in doesn't come in the size I need! There are some great deals if you can use them though.
  10. I'm such a sucker for the as seen on tv crap. I bought an infinity razor and my 16 yr old actually uses it. He started out using a Mach 3 and he likes the infinity better. I haven't tried it myself, but only because I keep forgetting. I figured for $10, it was worth a shot.
  11. I love Prime, I've been a member for a couple years now. I split it with a few friends, so it costs us about $20 each a year. It comes in soooooo handy sometimes, especially around Christmas with last minute gifts. No $25 minimum for free shipping, always free 2 day shipping. I actually end up spending less because I don't have to find other qualifying stuff to spend $25 to get free shipping. I highly recommend it.
  12. I bought a comforter from Overstock and I love it! It's the fluffiest, warmest comforter ever. I'm actually looking into buying another one, but the one I bought before isn't in stock anymore and it IS confusing when you can't look and touch.
  13. I'll have to vote for Polaris also, we have Predators and love them! I have a 500 and we also have a 90 and a 50. We're actually looking into a slightly larger model for our now 12 yr old, but he's more into dirt bikes and loves his YZ80. Polaris is the smoothest ride I've ever been on, and I've tried just about everything. We got lucky with our 90 and found one used for $700, almost new. The kid who it was bought for fell off once and never wanted to see it again. I'm all for bargain shopping, but with something like this, you need quality for safetys sake. If you want a tank type 4 wheeler you could try the Yamaha Raptor 80, we had one of those and NOTHING could destroy it, but it doesn't have any suspension to speak of, ie, do not even attempt a jump. Riding can be a great family sport, if the proper precautions and care is taken.

    Bringing the kid?

I would never consider taking one of my younger kids(7,9,12), it's just too cold and crazy. They are much happier at home, and I'm much happier with them at home. I might let my 16 and 15 yr olds tag along this year, they've been asking, I'm still debating. Start looking for a sitter now, lock someone in. It will be worth it to not have to worry about some nut case knocking your child over for a $4 waffle iron.
  15. Walmart sends this type of letter to the newspaper I work for every year as the paper prints the ads in bulk in advance. However, my brother works in the press room and is one of the people "authorized" to see the ad, so I always get a sneak peek.
  16. I don't usually get calls, if a friend or family member wants something I know in advance. If possible, I will get it for them, but not at the risk of missing a door buster for myself. Basically, if it's easy, I'll do it, but if it detracts from MY shopping, probably not.
  17. I've used Bill Me Later. It's a seperate company that bills you for the purchase......it's sorta like a one at a time use credit card. You buy, pay with BML, BML sends you the bill, you pay when the bill comes in. I think you have 25 days to pay. I actually used it on Amazon to get $20 off a DS Lite and a few other times. It's worked out good for me. They really seem to be pushing themselves by offering a lot of money off or free shipping credits and such at many different online retailers.
  18. I've never ordered from them before, I use Decalgirl.com. They let you customize, ie, put names, pictures, whatever you want on the skin. All my kids DS's have skins with their names on them, and I got a skin for my laptop. I absolutely love them, easy to apply and they really hold up over time.
  19. I'm not too antsy yet. I have asked my brother to let me know when they get the ads to print in the press room. Other than that, I haven't started obsessing yet.
  20. I already have 2 jobs, actually been thinking about picking up a 3rd for extra X-mas money though. Not sure where in my schedule I can fit it. 5 kids + 2 jobs does not leave much down time.
  21. Um, they charged me for mine the day after I ordered, so they better either send them or refund me.
  22. I'm on the fence about this game. Has anyone played it? Is it actually fun or is it just a gimmick?
  23. I have the same iron, still works great and we actually use it quite a bit......mostly for those iron beads and not cloths, but it still get's used. Other BF things 2 Walmart laptops from years ago still working great. 2 21" or 22" wide screen lcd monitors from Best Buy are still going. Random tv's through the house, all still working. $4 sandwich maker from Walmart gets used almost daily still. Same with the waffle maker. I'm sure there's more, I just can't remember all the BF things I've bought, and I'm sure some of them were given as gifts.
  24. Amazon has the Bakugan starter packs in stock right now for $11.99. Walmart.com has them in grey and red for $10.
  25. I figured I should come back and give my review since I started this. I did end up using BML, it was pretty easy. There was one problem, but I think it was specific to me. I could not register an account on their website so I could pay my bill, I would repeatedly get an error message about nothing in their database matching what I put in(blah blah blah). I finally ended up calling to get it resolved, which was fairly easy once we figured out what the problem was.......my birthday was off by a day in their records. The rep I talked to was very nice and figured it out quick and fixed it so fast I was still on the phone with her and tried again to register and it went through fine. And it only took a minute to get a live person on the phone, which I thought was great. So all in all, I had a very positive experience with BML and would recommend it.
