  1. $110 - which is pretty good for 2 items.
  2. Crap - I thought I was in the other forum.
  3. What is odd is that I got an email saying 6 tins had been shipped. This is what my email says: SKU ID DXT5058 Item Description EAT DRINK & BE MERRY Quantity Shipped 2 Ship Date 11/28/2005 SKU ID DXT5058 Item Description Eat, Drink, & Be Merry! Quantity Shipped 2 Ship Date 11/28/2005 SKU ID CBIR1833 Item Description Birthday (Candles) Quantity Shipped 2 Ship Date 11/28/2005 But when I check the website it says this: EAT DRINK & BE MERRY Shipped 2 $9.95 $19.90 YOU'RE AN ANGEL Backordered 2 $9.95 $19.90 Subtotal: $39.80 Delivery Charge: $4.95 Sales Tax: $0.00 Total: $44.75
  4. Christmas Eve: Spaghetti with tuna red sauce Shrimp with cocktail sauce Fried apples and cauliflower Calamari Pasta with shrimp Anise Baked cod I can't remember what else - but it's the Itallian seven fishes Christmas Eve with a few fishes missing.
  5. I just bought a very small one for my 9 year old! He, however, claims to be responsible enough for an ipod. Yeah, right! He's lost no less than 10 pairs of goggles over the past two years.
  6. I've decided I want an artificial tree this year. Does anyone have a good deal to share on a pre-lit tree?
  7. Neither. I try to be in the same ballpark with both in the number of items, just so one isn't opening 20 gifts and one opening 5! But they want what they want. I'm not going to buy one extra stuff that they never asked for just to even it out to an exact number. With money, it's the same. If I can get the items they really, really want I'm happy. They're 9, 7 and 2, and I don't think any will whip out a calculator and see who got the most. Yet. Hehe!
  8. I experienced the same thing. When I asked about them I got an answer that seemed to indicate they never had them at all. But I was too afraid of the people there - it was a mess - and just left instead of pressing for answers.
  9. Yep! Our list includes a Gameboy, PS2 games, portable dvd players (I'm one of those crazies buying multiple items), swim backpacks (you don't wanna know ), American Girl doll items and an Itty Bitty Baby, and I splurged on a wooden Kidcraft kitchen for my youngest. It all added up so quickly!
  10. I said in the other forum $600 per kid, I have three. But that seems like a high estimate. I'm going to say $400 a kid this year. They're getting older.
  11. That's really good to know - thanks!
  12. I've read this three times and just got it! Man, I'm slow tonight!
  13. I have no answer for you, but can you tell me how you know what's on sale tomorrow? I looked on the Target website, but couldn't find a circular.
  14. I just read my Audiovox Sirius radio rebate - it was free after 2 rebates - the CompUSA one and the Sirius one. With the Sirius one you have to sign up for service with a CC, then they have to make sure you're going to stay with them, then you wait 8-10 weeks for your rebate! I'm glad I wasn't counting on that money any time soon.
  15. Shipping on ebay items seems to make the deal not worth it in many cases, I've found.
  16. I saw that! By the time I pay to have it shipped - and it's not the color my daughter wants - it might not be worth it for me. I'm still thinking about it though. I've never seen the Mad Catz cases before.
  17. I homeschool! Haha - never a private moment at our house.
  18. It's already become a daily habit with me to check the other deals forums here - I've bought more from those deals than on BF.
  19. Ah, see - I am wondering if the same thing didn't happen at our Target. When I asked about it the salesperson said, "I'm sorry, we don't have any of those" - it sounded as if they never got them, or didn't have ANY that morning.
  20. Amazon automatically did a price adjustment on the HP book. I can't wait until cyber Monday! haha! Great!
