  1. Oh man, I'm going to guess around $3000. 2/3 for the hubby and kids (and me!) and the rest for family and friends.
  2. I didn't see anything I would consider a "Deal" on Xbox's in the past few months. I got one at my Costco just because it was 1) available 2) $10 less than other places 3) they give me 2% back with my membership. Now I think it may be at the point where just finding one is a good deal.....
  3. I'll add my Target advertisement -- Plus another 5% off if you use your Target credit card! You'd think I worked for them or something....
  4. Plus another 5% off if you use your Target credit card!
  5. Went to a different Borders (The block in Orange) yesterday and they still had wind-ups and balls left. They were in clear boxes on the floor in the checkout line area. My $5 Reward was on my account and worked fine.
  6. Shoot - normally, I would jump on this, but since we're getting the Xbox kinect deal for Christmas, I think this would be ignored.
  7. Skipping anything I'm not familiar with/don't have on opinion on.... 1. Christmas Vacation 2. A Christmas Story 3. A Miracle on 34th Street -The Original 1947 Version Vs --- Nope, just can't pick one over the other! Both are classics in their own right The Santa Clause 4. Mickey’s A Christmas Carol 5. The Santa Clause 2 6 Miracle on 34th Street- 1994 version 11. Elf 12. The Grinch 13. It’s a Wonderful Life 15. Muppet Christmas Carol 16. Santa Clause 3- The Escape Clause 17. White Christmas 18. Scrooged 20. Nightmare Before Christmas 24. Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas 25. Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas 26. Die Hard 28. Holiday Inn 31. Scrooge- 1951 w/ Alistar Sim 32. A Christmas Carol 1984 w/ George C. Scott
  8. My Borders has all their cute wind-up toys on sale for .99 cents each. They are normally $5-$7. Just bought a bunch for gifts/stocking stuffers! This is true for the 3 Borders in my area, but call to check first!
  9. The Target set is for Blu-Ray. Walmart is DVD. Neither is an Extended Edition.
  10. Happy to say that my Nook was shipped yesterday. I actually picked it up for a friend, so I would have felt terrible if it was canceled.
  11. We have an Emerson brand and it's been great.
  12. Just ordered the $99 Nook 10 minutes early.... Go shop Silver RZ people!
  13. It's a big deal here - it 's DD13's favorite store. They have great prices and great clearance!
  14. I'm going the photo route here. Something in a cute frame.
  15. Just got my email about this today. Anyone hear if the Nook will be available?
  16. I just went back and looked at my Amazon purchases for this time last year. New release Blu-Rays we're in the $18 range - not the $25 they seem to be stuck at now. The good deals started popping up November 17th for me!
  17. Thanks! DD needed thick socks for her outdoor science school trip!
  18. It says "subject to availability". The 40% off coupon says it's not good on gift cards. Wouldn't that have been nice not just for this but year round!
  19. My girls are only getting the 64GB Touch and a couple of small things this year, too. I actually talked to them about it and they choose to give up getting the usual big stack of presents. Not many surprises this year, but they will be thrilled none the less!
  20. I know it's regional, but is there any word on Fry's Electronics?
  21. I "second" that! I don't know how you guys come up with some of these deals and it helps me immensely!
  22. I'm not sure if Michaels Craft stores are nationwide, but for those with a local store.... Get a $25 iTunes gift card for just $20. Offer vaild 11/14/10 - 12/4/10. Gift cards available in store.
  23. It's a no brainer. 5% off iPods, video game hardware, non-Target gift cards - lots of stuff other stores won't discount.
