It seems the tv I stood in line for on Thanksgiving morning has a dead pixel that is very noticable. I still have all the packaging I'm just not in the mood for a hassle. Any experiences out there?

Our Kmart didn't have any of the Wii guitar heros. The line was no where near as long as it was last year. I wasn't impressed with the ad myself, but dd19 was training her bf on Thanksgiving Day shopping. We were approx. 10th in line at 420am. And DANG it was cold! There were plenty of BluRay players and the plasma tvs.

This was picked up by the local NBC station from AP.

I'm still waiting too. It's so much easier to see the whole ad than it is to click on each link.

I've been going to the AMC in a local mall with dd7 to movies starting before noon. Each time the tickets were $4 each. Now, if they could just do special pricing on the popcorn.

Employees are absolutely not allowed to shop while on the clock. She could have been fired. They have to clock out and I believe, remove the name tag. I'll ask the teenager when I see her next year. She told me a story about one of the LOD (leaders on duty) making someone clock out so that person could use the LODs credit card to buy a Wii. ps Just about everything is gone now. Except for bows and candy canes.

75% off at my corner Walgreens. Spent $6.17 w/tax, got 7 tubes of wrapping paper. I might go back if I catch the markdowns at 90%.

My teenager is off to work at our target. She says christmas stuff is 75% off and there is still a ton of it left. Candy is plentiful as well. She doesn't work in toys much, but I'll see if she's able to sneak a look for an afternoon update.

I had to remove the toys from all the tape and twist ties, put the Polly plane together (sheesh all those pieces!), put the bounce and roll skee ball toy together, get the little pony crap out of the cement like plastic. I also finally hooked up the ps2 console to the olivea I bought on Thanksgiving so the kids can play the new games. I'm so tired of being the mechanically inclined one at my house.
