My neighbor doesn't have them on yet, but they are up. I watched them a few days ago. The husband is a manager at Lowes and works 6 days a week. So he was on vacation so he decided to get it done early rather than be squeezed for time later

My daughter's kindergarten was picked this year to do the christmas play. Each year a different grade is picked and luckily hers was picked this year. Last year my son's 4th grade was picked

My daughter wants anything Bratz so I would pick from there My son wants Video Games so I'd buy him the $50 one if it was going to be the only present! For right now he doesn't have a chance. LOL

My husband doesn't even ask to see the gifts. He likes to be surprised too on christmas. Its funny when they read the tag and says thanks dad and mom. LOL My husband will lean towards me and ask what we got! LOL

My sister does the maroons and greens. Gold ribbon. Very classy

Fortunately my dog is 4 now and doesn't go near it. Though she loves the candy canes so those stay in the middle of the tree and up

Thanks for the ideas of places to go. I was thinking about the calender for my parents as an extra gift and the coffee mug for my father-in-law as an add-on too.

My cousin has 5 trees! Yes 5. One in each of the kids rooms and 1 in the formal living room and one in the family room. I usually help decorate them :)

Besides the items I bought over the summer, I too usually buy a gift card.

Its horrible, but I think the mom in me would still use that gift card for toys for my kids for christmas. It will be a tad tight this year so I would feel guilty spending $100 on myself. Maybe one thing though :) Just read you have to put one thing down: I really need my hair done. Its been so long since I had a cut and style. So I would like to get my hair done and maybe a highlight :)

My daughter looks like a model and I am still in my clothes from 3 yrs ago. LOL. Can't help I'd rather spend money on her than myself :)

I am in line outside by 2am on BF- sometimes 1-1:30am. So I can be outside by myself from 3-41/2 hours.

I have two teachers to buy for this year. I actually went to a garage sale over the summer and it was held by a retiring teacher. She had TONS of teacher supplies for under $1. Brand new teacher decorations, chalk, markers, educational toys, etc. I literally bought her out. I can use a bunch for my own kids plus for gifts for my kids teachers this year.
