  1. Hey, its your house. Decorate if you want. I got my tree up the weekend BEFORE thanksgiving last year. I was in the mood and my husband had finally got a day off of work. I usually do it the weekend of Thanksgiving, but if you are in the spirit, go for it. lol.
  2. Im heading to Walmart today. 2 weeks ago I bought on clearance the Polly Pocket sticker maker my daughter had wanted. It was clearanced for $9 at one Walmart (Still over $20 at my other one,) I also bought the refill packs that day at a clearanced price of $4.50 each (regularly $9.99). 1 week ago, I bought 2 more refill packs (same store) at $3 a pack. So Im heading there as its been yet another week and I left 5 more refill packs hidden :) Haha. Hopefully no one found my hiding spot and I can buy the rest
  3. I love when they do the .97 shipping. I'll probably put in order in later today.
  4. Ok, printer fixed. I printed out several since expiration isn't for a long time. Thanks again for finding and posting this coupon
  5. I hope they stay around. If they go, Walmart will be the main toy store to purchase from. Anyone remember Children's Palace? I believe the Panda Bear was their logo. I used to like that toy store, but Toys R Us pretty much closed them down.
  6. Talking Bratz Doll went down to $19.97 (Probably because in TRU's Toy Book, they had them for $19.99). I went to price match and didn't read price as they were $26.98. Cashier looked at me and asked: "Why do you want to price match something thats 2 cents more than our price?" lol

No confirmation on any Blitz items at Walmat. Only rumours right now
  8. I always usually grab a cart if Im there for more than one thing. Im the shopper who has a list, but sees some other great deal and buys more. lol
  9. I have a super Kmart right by me. I'll have to check out the savings
  10. "You Snooze.....You Lose" "Deals Are Us" "Got Deals?" "Early Birds Get The Deals" "First in line.....Gets the Deals Everytime
  11. I ordered a game off of TRU's site awhile ago. It was fine.
  12. Only thing you can't touch last year was the GameBoy Advances, Dvd Players, and Laptops. Those people were in line for in store. Everything else such as appliances, toys, clothes, etc were in the main aisles and employees opened them up. Every 10 minutes or so they would make an announcement about customers were able to put any Blitz item on the floor in their carts, but couldn't checkout till 6am.
  13. I always go around 12-12:30am. Mine lets you get stuff off of the pallets and then just wait till Blitz time to checkout. So by 2am Im completely done and just waiting to checkout. Love the way this manager runs things at mine
  14. I always at Walmart by midnight so Im glad I only have to wait till 5am to checkout instead of 6am. Like that opening time as then I can rush over to Target
  15. When I see such low numbers, I start getting so nervous! Im usually way farther ahead in shopping
  16. You Snooze...You Lose
  17. They go on sale pretty regularly during this season. I've seen them recently for 2/.99. My dollar store has them in stock too for $1. So $1 is what I would pay.
  18. Just got mine on Saturday. Nice items in it. My kids were more excited about that one and the eToys catalogue than the Toys R Us one. Go figure
  19. This year he wants some of the Wild Planet Spy items (Amazon has some nice pricing on this) He also wants PS2 games and X-Box games Tag/Axe body spray gift sets Magic the Gathering and Yugioh card decks Board Games (Stratego, Axis and Allies, Kingdoms, and Dungeons and Dragons)......He loves the medieval and war times games.
  20. What kind of items does he have in his room? My son age 11 has gotten this in the past: Stereo system New alarm clock sports comforter/sheets/poster (he love the Titans) He has a computer so he got a new mousepad (Titans) Electric guitar w/ amp Titan hoodie and jersey Nike hats (he wanted one of each color available) Football and training hit pad (the huge pad they use to train with hitting (pricey but its helped him. Not sure if yours plays football as mine does)
  21. My kids were actually disappointed in the toys in the book this past Sunday. Maybe they are getting a tad old for the toys in there. I was hoping to get some more ideas on what to get them. <my daughter just wanted the Talking Chloe Bratz doll <My son liked the spy stuff.
  22. Actually for kids and first time owners (kids and adults) the Nano is perfect. I know several adults who don't need all the frills and the Nano is great. I bought my son the Nano for christmas. I realize there is better, but why spend the money or go for the extravagant iPod when its for a child? While you may be right that there is better out there, as parents we understand kids don't need the "better"ones and the price is right. I for one am happy with the Nano.
  23. Came up for me know. Unfortunately my son already has the games or the games are of no interst to him. of course hes the one that wants the $50 and up games lol
  24. Thanks for the heads up. I never really thought of subscriptions for a gift but since reading some discount magazine posts, I figured its perfect for my parents and grandparents. I actually got a magazine for myself, my son, and my husband the last deals posted.
  25. My 11 yr old (12 in November) asked for a lot of the spy stuff. I got him the voice changer and spy alarm kit. Both would fit into your budget.
