  1. Thank you Noehlp. I emailed that list to all my email contacts and all my husbands. Makes it much easier to get people to call/email with a more organized list.
  2. I have both Geo Trax and Thomas sets. And my vote would be for Geo trax, they go together much easier and stay together, the Thomas motorized sets do not. Thomas is cute characters but in overall play time Geo Trax wins hands down. It is the one toy all three of my kids enjoy playing with everyday, they are 8, 4 almost, 3 almost. This summer the entire neighborhood would play in our yard building huge Geo Trax setups. The older kids making the structure and the younger ones playing trains and cars on it.
  3. Wal-mart clearance is always bad, and those darn Garth Brook CD's they still have them
  4. I had the same thing happen in September, Walmart will not honor store to store prices. Had they I would have saved over one hundred dollars. I am so glad we have target now, I do most my shopping there.
  5. another call and another email. Customer service or who ever the lady was sounded a bit tired of this type of call. We need to keep it up.
  6. People who frequent dumpster diving pages have all kinds of acronyms for stores they "shop".Don't see why Gotta deal couldn't do the same.
  7. Got similar from 800 number. Hmmm maybe the ad can be posted under another name. Any suggestions?
  8. LONG wait on phones. LOL, they must be flooded with calls.
  9. Email and phone call going out. Walmart just wants to cover up how horrible their deals are going to be.
  10. I remember the popcorn tins I think it was Shopko gave away. We would go in a big group and come home with 15 of those tins then my mom and aunts would use those as teachers gifts.
  11. LOL tried that a bit in Cali, uh too scary for me and now a days most big retail stores have compactors it all goes into. Darn it....
  12. I the Rival milk shake mixer for 9.98 School supplies were 75% with a ok selection left.
  13. Watertown NY I got two kitchen rugs at 50% one is large the other smaller and completely matches my kitchen decor My husband found fix it utilities for computers for 19.98 on clearance (he now loves Target Clearance) and my came at check out when some pumpkin lights from the 2.50 dollar section wouldn't ring up so the cashier was told to ring them in at a dollar a pack when my son peeps up with look this bag says it is 2.50. Gives new meaning to children being seen and not heard. LOL.
  14. I have some saved and some will come out of our regular budget. I should have around 500 for BF,hoped for more but life interferes with saving money. I am not shopping for electronics more for good toy and clothes deals, so I should have plenty.
  15. when we lived at home it was mall shopping till 3 then home to bathe and dress up for christmas eve with my family. Where we would eat, play cards and open gifts then midnight mass. When we are stationed near home it is mall shopping then dinner, open pj's, baths movie bed. Then the long wait for Santa to get here.

  17. I got the same email. As a valued Best Buy customer, we want to inform you of an error that will appear in the September 23, 2007 Best BuyTM ad. On the front cover we mistakenly listed the price of the 50" Panasonic Plasma TV (TH_50PZ77U- 8501711) at $1799, before $90 savings. We intended to advertise the 42" Panasonic Plasma TV (TH-42PZ77U-8501757) at $1799, before $90 savings. Best Buy will not be honoring this price on the aforementioned 50" Panasonic Plasma TV. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will offer a $100 Instant Rebate on all Plasma Televisions from Sunday, September 23, 2007 through Saturday, September 29, 2007. This Instant Rebate will be deducted from the price you see in the store, including our regular sale prices. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you in our store soon. © 2007 Best Buy
