that doesn't work. My PX (military exchange) does not honor items that are wrongly placed or priced. I fought for 45 minutes with the store manager and they will not law or not. Some stores are like that.

The same thing happened to my sons coat last year. You can replace zipper pulls, but it is the idea that a brand new coat breaks with only a few month of wear.

My tree is down, due to it having been broken. Other decorations will be down tomorrow, I needed room for the toys and a move is coming.

well I got my soon to be ex-dh to splice the wires back together. so the tree is good this year I will pick one up next week at the exchange when they are 75 percent off. And after the last few weeks the egg is being left out of the nog tonight.

On the upside it was a white tree with multi color lights that i did not like. So maybe I can find a good deal on a green tree. I woke up this morning to find my cats had chewed the cords of the Christmas tree. So with 4 days to go, company coming on Saturday and major family issues I have to get a new tree. I am so wanting to fast forward a few months or break out the egg nog early.

I love it now that I have my own room to wrap in. I use my cutting table turn on the ipod and wrap all evening. Ninety gifts are wrapped right now and I wish I had more to do.

I received my Ornament today, took me a second to figure out why I had a pkg from Disney. I went through my online orders before I opened it. It was a great Nightmare before Christmas ornament. I love Nightmare before Christmas. It is my favorite animated movie of all times. So to whoever sent my ornament THANK YOU so much, it even fit with the silver theme I have on the tree. My cards and ornament and SS will go out tomorrow or Saturday depending on DH's schedule tomorrow.

Friday is payday and my mail day. I will get everything sent before noon that day, well as long as hubby's work and the weather cooperate.

themed care pkg's are a great idea. I sent one or two a month to my dh when he was deployed. don't forget to include staple items that sometimes are hard to get, sound strange but I know from a female solider that certain brands of feminine products weren't over there. So for her I would send the brand she preferred, lol, sometimes it is the littlest things. My dh loves Starbucks frappucino's so each pkg had those in it.
