I would love to find this game on sale, too!!! During, BF they had it for $26, but I still could swallow paying that much. We have the Disney Scene It & the kids love it. Just Hubby & I get tired of playing the same one. Love to find the Jr. one.

What is sad is that I starting thinking..."OMG is this sound kind of virus!" It is way too early in the morning for me to be thinking!!!!

My 8yr old DD loves make-up. So I will probably stuff hers with some lip glosses, etc. Another thing that I always do (takes up lots of space, too:) ) is put thank-you cards in everyones stocking. The first year I got asked why did Santa give us thank you cards...I said, "gees...he must think you need to thank everyone that gave you gifts." Works well!!!

I am not a pro on electronics of any sort, but I have bought 3 GBA SPs for my 2 DD & DS. The color is just simply your choice...we have red/blue/silver. As for the hours of play...I have never had a problem with the battery dying. For one, there is a light on the system that will light up & let you know WELL IN ADVANCE when it needs to be charged. I also have invested in a car charger so if we are on the road & the battery gets low...they can just plug it in & keep going. My kid's get a good week out of the GBA SP before they need to recharge it.

It took me forever....BUT, I was able to order a "grandmother bracelet" w/ 11 birthstones & a another several other stocking stuffers for $20.00 (inc. shipping) I am so happy...I have been looking to get my step-mother a italian bracelet with all of her grandchildren's stones, but at other sites it was going to cost me a bundle! Thanks for the great post! -
Santa gives the "main" present (unwrapped) & the we wrap the rest of them. I do like the idea of 3 presents (wise men)...might have to try that next year. My kid's are going to hate me this year...they all are in desperate need of clothes & we are giving them mainly clothes underneath the tree!!!

We are going to try something new this year. We are going to take each kid separately to the Dollar store (everything is $1). Let them buy for each other & also their dad & I. Can't afford their taste & they are still young enough that they don't understand the true value of $$$!

Hottest Toy for Xmas 2005?
gemini1217 replied to queenofshopping's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
My most exciting purchase was my son's dirt bike. I have been looking into buying him one & Pep Boys had the cheapest beginner's bike that I could find. I went up there on BF to just look at it & it was $100 off from 7am-11am. It was 11:03am so I snatched the ticket & ran to the cashier. You ought to see me stuffing a little 50cc bike into my Toyota Camry!!! -
I am thinking my total savings was around 30%. Not extraordinary, but my "hot hands" tend to shrink my savings!!! I get carried away on BF & start grabbing items that I haven't even planned on buying!

Make sure that you choose the "cotton" panties & not the "micro-fiber" ones. When it pops up the "free panty" page it gives you the cotton ones at the top & the micro. ones on the bottom of the page...select the top ones. It took me several attempts before I realized what I was doing too!!! Thanks Shanni for the great post!

What beverage do you plan to drink while waiting in line on BF morning?
gemini1217 replied to saturnboy01's topic in 2005
I will be looking at everyone sipping on their coffee & be envious!!! Unless they have a porta potty in line...my "drink of choice" is off limits!! -
