  1. Looks like they could be back on my shopping list. I have found the sales card the last 2 years to be terrible. 15% off $150 or something like that. This year they have gone back to their old ways with 30% of your entire order. YAY!
  2. Yes, it was the one from Best Buy. We also bought the $189 e-machines for the sister in law. We did camp out early but we got everything we wanted. This year we are going to actually buy stuff for ourselves.
  3. We purchased one of the $250 Toshiba Laptops last BF for the in-laws. It is a very nice laptop for easy use(web surfing, Im'ing) light office work. They love it! This year I am hoping to get another cheap one.
  4. This being our first camp out I thought it went pretty well. My hubby, neighbor and myself all in line by 12:30 in the afternoon. We were 3rd in Line. The mall security and the police drove by all day and night making sure there were no problems. There were some people showing up right at the last minute expecting to get a $250 laptop but the Best Buy staff did a great job organizing the line and keeping it orderly. They brought us Donuts and then several staff came out with a manager and each staff member had a different doorbuster item. They started with the first guy in line and went back without much incident. There was a bit of a problem when one guy let in a bunch of his friends not much earlier than closing time. The people behind him were not very happy. We got everything we went for. $250 laptop, e-machines desktop (neighbor got one of those also), bluetooth wireless and a camera. We were out of the store by 6am. Great experience. After hearing all the nightmares about other Best Buys I have to give kudos to the Frisco, TX Store for being on the ball.
  5. Waited in line at BB for 15hours. Thats right at 12 noon. We were not the first in line. Got everything we came for. The BB buy we went to was great. The staff was organized. There were no real line ups except for cameras. Got the laptop, and desktop with no line-ups. Paid for them where we picked them up and left. Was a terrific experience.
  6. Sorry, just saw the previous response
  7. Was there a cease and desist?
  8. I was at Target yesterday and there wer woem with these huge coupon books. Are these sent to Target credit card holders or can anyone get these?
  9. That is last one I am hoping for.
  10. I agree with you Stationchief. Considering we already have Vonage. I really like the no rebates at BB. After a careful look at the CC ad the desktop has $290.00 in Mail-in rebates to get the $199 price and you do not get an LCD monitor for that, just a flat screen. I know the 15" montior at BB is small but at least it is an LCD and the PC is $10 less than CC and no rebates.
  11. 2 years ago Fry's had one for $199.00 either in White or Black.

    Ulta BF

The last couple of years they have here in Texas. If I remember correctly they had a great deal on a CHI or Wigo hair straighener last year.
  13. Went to Home Depot last year after Walmart. I believe they opened at 6am. They did have a great deal on a drill, accessories and that rigid shop vac.
  14. Is anyone else noticing this. I had to go to the Forums page of the GottaDeal webpage to link to the BF Forums.

    I am debating here

If you go the Sat after BF there should not be too much of a shortage of items. The doorbusters will be long gone. I would also guess CD's and DVD's and perhaps some video game will be in short supply but all in all you will not find the stores empty. Seeing as some sales last BF and the Sat. You would probably still get alot of good deals on that Sat that would not be happening this weekend.
