I did call the response I got was NOT helpful LOL Its not a huge deal cause as the CS rep pointed out to me it was a freebie but will just make me think twice before ordering from VS again. This time it was a freebie...wouldnt want to have to deal with their CS for an actual $$ issue

santa used to wrap but he has gotten really lazy the last few years

we have a plate and mug that only santa use...2 years ago DD was concerned about too many cookies and wanted to leave Santa a plate of tums...so Santa now gets a cookie and a roll of tums here ...

i used to have a huge one...it would take up basically a room LOL A few years after having DD i stopped putting it out(little hands + glass=bad) then when we re-did the kitchen we added what should be a shelf on top of cabinets for decor plates/bottles etc...well I set up my village there. Not all fo it just my favorite pieces but now I have it displayed year round(i sub in and out the christmas obvious stuff) and have started to get autumn trees and halloween decor as well...hoping to be able to change it for each season/holiday eventually. Also with it plugged in its a nice low level light in kitchen at night

dd asked for one as well had no idea they would be hard to find...ugh guess i need to find out which one she wants...maybe if i have to go to ebay I can trade an extra ZhuZhu for it JK

yeah if i had ANYTHING to not love about it so far is the direction pamphlet is not much but since i have been able to do anything else i wanted to with it right from box without directions it isnt a big whine biggest reason i wanted to do the mapquest thing was to multi-plot stops for next summer yard sale-ing

I dont have Import...Under My data I have set home location, Delete Favorites, and Clear trip log I am starting to think maybe the 205 doesnt support this?? I know on one of the million GPS comparison places it said Garmins work with Mapquest and I thought it had checks by all garmins but maybe that didnt include the 205. Also seems weird that mapquest will find communicate and say it transferred it successfully TY for trying to help. The directions were very clear despite not working LOL

ok it is mildly off topic BUT if someone has answer and can LMK here or in PM We bought the Nuvi 205 and while we love it already (we named her Shirley) can not for the life of me get it to get the maps from mapquest. I make a route and send to GPS it tells me it is successful but then...i am lost..where is it? how do i make it my route?

the pjs went very fast cause (as typical for WM) what they say they will do and what they actually do wildly disagree. With black plastic wrapped pallets marked to not open till 5am the store i was at allowed people to tear into them whenever they wanted. Hearing that at numerous other stores that was case as well. So much for sticking to one (advertised) plan. I did get 2 pairs and they are a MUCH better quality then in previous years but the track suits are MUCH crappier then last years. They almost felt like the free jackets that used to be a promo item from Camel cigarettes that were made with glorified paper. Was bummed cause DD lives in tracksuit/ warm up suits

Verdict is in and the new Walmart system STINKS! We were not after the hugh end stuff at all BUT since they had these huge jumbles of people EVERYWHERE for 2-3+ hrs they took it upon themselves to open all the OTHER pallets so by 5am there were NO Tracksuits Sweatshirts or PJs(yes I know they are cheap made BUT they are a good filler item on gifts) Literally there were women with 2 carts FULL of these items...and then they just blocked aisles till 5am and they could get what they were "really" after It was HORRID and I have never been so disappointed in Walmart and that sadly is saying alot also was told by WM that at 5am it is too busy to get anything out of the case(yes it is busy but....) so they would not price match ANY high dollar video games or smaller electronics that need an associate to get it from the locked case/peg Now on to the BEST part...have never set foot in a HH Gregg before but ANY TIME i need to buy electronics we will look at them. They not only got it right(well organized beyond any expectations i have EVER fathomed on BF) but had a super deal on the Garmin we wanted. Already stopped back in after the madness of the day to leave a note for store manager about how well it was done and got to tell him in person as he was out on the floor working. We circled back to original store because all day DH and I kept saying "wow they did it so right" Planning to email corp. as well cause the store needs serious KUDOS for how well it was put on! we *tried* old navy....was picking out sweaters and Dh went to get in line. I talked with a lady about 1/2 way back the line and she said she got in line in that spot almost an hour before and had not moved. After several people around piped in with agreement decided that I just didnt have 3+ hrs to wait in line.

welll this seems like a GRAND way to make things easier walmart.....

careful with the bag ideas....no one wants to spend BF explaining you werent concealing un-purchased merchandise...I know in some larger towns backpacks and even diaper bags are no-nos in stores.

i meant grouping as someone mentioned above...about the line being for more then 1 item. I do not have to wait in the TV line to get a non-electronic doorbuster.
