Call you credit card company and tell them. They usually help or remove the charge.

I think I am done with gifts. I am wrapping tonight to make sure I didn't forget anyone. Now I have to brave the elements and the traffic tomorrow to shop for Christmas dinner.

Even if it isn't, complain!!! That is certainly no excuse for the store not to order it for you. I hope you have her name and a description of her, plus the date and time you talked to her so they can nail her.

I never thought of that!! I usually buy the extended warranty on the expensive electronics because we have always had to use it. Things tend to break the week after the normal warranty ends. I should check State Farm, but they seem to charge us an arm and a leg for everything. Our insurance just went up this renewal, and their excuse was that they had to pay $300 for my medical bill when the moron hit me two years ago!!! And really, they didn't pay it. They got their money back from the other jerk's insurance.

And I bought it just last week for $39.99 I had to edit. The display at our TRU lead us to believe (and even the person who was helping us) that it was one piece that turned into three. Amazon says it is 3 pieces. Maybe it is a different model, but it looked the same.

From what I saw from the displays, the TRU was nicer, but any Target displays by me get beat up pretty fast. I can tell you that the thing I bought from Target had no box blemishes but the wood (which was light, like the TRU one) has several imperfections. Definitely not furniture grade, but we figured it was $39.99, so we were not paying for top quality.

OHHH Darn it!! I just bought the toy bin thing from Target for $39.99 on sale and thought I was lucky because it was the last one!!! I saw them both at the stores; this one was better quality. I was talking about the 7-Way Learn 'N Play Furniture Set, by the way.

They sent me a similar email the day after I ordered. They said something was wrong with the credit card info and cancelled the order to protect me from fraud. That is total and utter BS!!! I know how to enter my CC info.

My sister uses these a lot. She has never had a problem. The only restrictions she has encountered was to spend a certain amount and sometimes can't use them on the week end. Those are pretty routine restrictions for any type of restaurant coupon.

I am very disappointed in tomorrow's sale paper. I bought the Sandisk 1GB MP3 player about 2 wks ago for $89.99. Now it is $129.99 which almost wipes out the $50 gift card. And nothing else I needed was really on sale.

I was just talking to my husband about this subject because we spent $900 on a 3.2MP (many moons ago). Spend the money on the lens. We can tell the difference. Our camera is a few years old but has a Carl Zeiss (sp?) lens and it much better than the 5MP Sony without it.

My sister called me an hour ago asking where she can pick one up. DUH!!! Even I know it is impossible to just waltz into a store and get one, and the last game thingy I owned was Colecovision.

Target had a nice Sony in their sale paper, but it was $88. I don't know if they still install like the old ones, but the previous owner of my condo installed one in the only sane place to store the plates. It had very little cabinet space. The screws prevented my from putting anything on the first shelf.

My neighbor gets picked up ever morning at around 7 am and they sit there and beep. It wakes up the dog, who starts to bark, which wakes up the baby, who wakes me up, etc. The worst part is that this neighbor is always late, so they lay on the horn for 10 minutes. I would talk to them about this, but they always pretend to not be home when I ring their bell. Maybe I should pull up in their driveway and lay on the horn!! But why would you think it was a package for you? Do they honk? They don't out here. I wish they would because all the packages I have been getting would probably annoy the honky neighbor!

I drove past the last Kmart in our area on BF. No one was in line or in the parking lot an hour before they opened. There was about 20 cars in the lot by 8am. That says a lot. I haven't shopped there since the CSR gave me an attitude about bringing back the can of cat food that wasn't rung up. The time before that was a Thanksgiving sale 2 or 3 years ago. We were the first ones at the electronics department when they opened and they already "ran out" of the VCR-DVD combos, meaning the employees bought them all.

Ulta is having a pretty good sale this week. They are not a big chain yet, so you might not have one in your area.

They have a 30 day price match, but I don't know if it includes freebies. It never hurts to ask, though. I bought the $39.99 Sandisk on BF and then a 1GB Sandisk the other day for $80. Neither were part of the new promotion, but I had every intention of getting that gift card if they had been.

I think you mean a Vellux blanket? They were just on sale at Kohls yesterday and today. The Kohls rep said their blankets and flannel sheets go on clearance right after Christmas.
