It's a highlight of BF and it doesn't feel real until we have one! [emoji4]

Since stores aren't allowed to open on Thanksgiving here, we have our normal day. After that my friend and I meet up at 5am. Make a dunkin donuts stop and shop til we drop. Once we are done, we grab lunch.

1. About 11 years 2. We budget the same amount each Christmas and I try to stick as close to that as possible. So about the same. 3. Yes anything that I can't get at the store, I'll buy. Also if it's a hot item and I think it will be sold out in the store, I'll try to pick it up before online to be safe. 4. Me and my best friend will be making the rounds. 5. More registers open and more staff. Also stock more of those hot door busters. Not 2 to a store type deal.

Do most of the items in the toy book end up cheaper on Black Friday or should I scoop them up now since the sales end before Thanksgiving.

2004 was my first real Black Friday.

I saw an article that Target will now be carrying the apple watch (as well as the iPads, etc.) and I guess BB is too. So I hope there will be a chance for a gift card w/purchase. [emoji16]

I think this BF will be bitter sweet as I sit back and reflect especially when I take a trip to Kohl's. Last BF I ran into my neighbor and her sisters as I was shopping for cologne for the husband. Little did I know how very ill my neighbor was. She passed away right after the new year. I wish I had spent more time to stop and chat with her but you know how crazy BF is. I'm sure I will think back to that BF for many years to come.

September usually starts with thinking about BF constantly.

I just started Shop Kick. I have 2% cash back reward I pay in full each month. Also Kohl's usually has a killer sale with a coupon and Kohl's cash. And of course Cartwheel at Target plus the Red card 5% off.

We have the fire stick too. No complaints here.

Half Price Books was released last week
