Hi, all! I have a question.... We just got a new Target about 45 minutes from here (closest one to me!) that opened at the beginning of October. How long do you think it will take for the merchandise that ends up on clearance to "catch up" with this thread? For instance, a lot of the deals in this thread haven't applied to this Target yet, because it wasn't open when that merchandise was first put out. Is this making any sense to anybody? I know what I mean, but I feel like I'm having trouble putting it into words.

My mom did a similar thing. She bought my brother and I each an ornament every year when we were growing up. When we grew up and moved out, we each had our own set of ornaments to take with us. I carry the tradition on by doing the same for my kids, but I buy ornaments related to what happened in their life the past year.....like mickey mouse ears the year we went to Disney.....or a miniature cheerleader the year my DD made it in Jr. High.

Thank goodness, I haven't had that problem with my local Walgreen's. Actually, they are the best about letting you combine coupons around here. (AR) I used 4 differnet coupons this week, ranging in price from $.75-$1.50 off on the $.99 Aquafresh toothpaste this week...and they let me use them all. Sorry you've had so much trouble with your local WG.

Oh, I do that, too. I tuck lots of them in the tree...and the rest goes into a huge bowl on my coffee table. We all enjoy looking through them year after year.
