in past years the prices vary on different days on the deals for days site. many are the Black Friday prices but some aren't. For example: a swing set was on the site for $99 then a few days later it was $119 and now it a hundred dollars more. So the prices change as the sale changes.

I run outside to the car, wondering if this early deal will be the best by far.

Now that's all settled, I'm ready to buy...

They are only available at this time of year. The sweatshirts will soon run out I fear.

1. Which store do you think will have the best Black Friday sale(s) this year? Walmart 2. Do you anticipate shopping in stores on Black Friday this year? Feel free to explain why or why not. I anticipate going to Home Depot for Poinsettias and hunting for a live Christmas tree. Then I usually check out Walmart after the rush has died down. If JC Penny has their coupon giveaways I'll go there too. I don't have as much to hunt for now hat the kids are grown and I have to send stuff to out of state relatives and it's usually cheaper just order online and have the store deliver it there. 3. What one aspect of past Black Fridays would you like to see brought back? The atmosphere of Black Friday shopping excitement. I don't miss the cold or early hours or disappointment when the store has 5 of the doorbuster item you want and you're 6th in line...but it was fun.

I gather my courage and sidle up to one and ask where they found their grand looking attire.

Amazon usually has a deal to buy so much of listed books and get a pretty good discount (like $5 off $20 or something) near Black Friday. They usually have a good choice too.

The only mention of price matching I have seen is Target and it sounds like they are only matching if something they sell goes on sale for less later.

They have had some fantastic deals on clothes in the past. That's usually what I shop there for.

They aren't leaving much planning time to compare with other site sales.

I grab them all and quickly check out. Behind me I hear people starting to whine....

a refreshing Christmas drink I thought.

That's really helpful in this bargain filled race.

Photo #1: While Mom shops, I'll find the route home. Photo #2: I hope they let us on the bus with these. Photo #3: These sales start so early I just couldn't get up in time to get dressed.
