  1. The specs don't look the greatest, but it is a Smart 4K TV for $299. So, I think it's a perfectly fine TV on a budget if you're not looking for the best of the best.
  2. Certainly not all stores... and even if they have a policy, it's not a guarantee that the sale starts immediately on time...could be 10, 20, ..240 minutes later.
  3. It may not at all. If it does, either Wednesday night midnight CT, or possibly the time the store opens at 6pm CT. We won't know until the time comes.
  4. I think we've finally made the decision to Switch and instead of getting the XBox One S this fall we're waiting to see what Nintendo brings in March and decide then what system to get. Saves me from having to stand in the cold or scour around for a good deal on the XBox.

    Home Depot?

Brad had to take it down for legal reasons. You might want to check this forum: http://forums.gottadeal.com/topic/268941-home-depot-black-friday-ad-posted/
  6. And you'll post them right in here as they become relevant?
  7. Probably so that he has it and can post it when they say he's allowed. When CAN you post it, Brad?
  8. What about posting something like.... "It rhymes with 'BV', comes in a size bigger than 59" but less than 61", could potentially be 4K and Smart, manufactured by a brand that rhymes with 'Bamsung', and will cost somewhere between $398 and $400"?
  9. It's reeeeeeally tempting. Though, I'm not sure what Mrs. Clause would say...
  10. I think it could handle that. My take is that a Chromebook is like a tablet with an attached keyboard, and sometimes with USB ports. A tablet would be fine for both of those uses, so that makes me believe you're all good with a Chromebook for it.
  11. Which TV is that? I don't see one in the BF ad. But there's so many Pre-BF sales going on... so can you link to the specific TV?
  12. We've been loving our Channel Master DVR+ (2 of them) for the past 11 months. We have one antenna and a strong enough signal to split that through the house to both DVRs and I'll be looking to see if our 3rd TV has a coax to use the tuner for live tv only. Subscribe to SlingTV (for ESPN, TBS, TNT, Food Network, etc.) for $25/month and that's all we pay for TV. Amazon Fire TVs to stream from our $35/month 60Mbps internet through the cable company. Cable/Internet bill went from ~$185 ----> ~$70
  13. You should post what you're chasing if you think it may be useful to others.
  14. About 5 years ago, they did this perfectly right and had the best calendars. Since then, they've dwindled more and more each year and apparently now just non-existent.
  15. Not that have turned up. I doubt we'll see them this year.
  16. I see Instant Pot pressure cookers on Lightning Deal and Deal of The Day allllll the time. Keep your eyes out and it's inevitable that one will pop up before xmas.
  17. I wailed on my horn today driving home from work in Madison, WI. Did you hear me, Jay?
  18. This one didn't load an actual item.
  19. That's their weekly ad... BF should have been Buy a store, Get 3 Free.
  20. No, that's not a very good sign at all. Though, BB was known to do that years ago...that's how we knew the sale was coming....and we waited and waited....and then the finally started to change.
  21. 22. You did a fair bit of work yourself, chief!! Thanks for all your hard work, too.
  23. Hard to say. It hasn't been in the past, but there's new wording on the ad to make you think "maybe". However, there's also no telling whether it will go live at 12:00 CT, or when the stores open on Thu. So, you should probably have a backup plan, either way.
  24. Some items are in-store only. However, their sale isn't supposed to be live yet, anyway. So, you may still get it Wed night.
  25. Alright, so Kohls shopping is now on pause for the BF season.....for now. Placed 3 separate $54-$58 orders (using HOME10 & THANKS20) last night shipping to PA. All still in fulfillment; $45 KC received.1 order for $107 being shipped to me. Already shipped. ETA 11/29 (that's a really long time....); $30 KC received.Hallmark BB-8 ornament for some 60% off after discounts for in-store pickup (thought about it after the fact), was canceled earlier this morning due to being out of stock. They sent me a $5 KC to use by 12/31 for the inconvenience and I placed the order again to pick up in another store (5 minutes farther away) and with the $5 they gave me, my total out of pocket was about $1. That order is now Ready To Pickup. Now to plan out to use my $10 in-store Thursday night and if I need another $60 worth of stuff to get to another KC. And then take DD6 & DS5 shopping next week to buy a gift for mom that they can pick out; and probably enough for them to pick something for each other, too.
