Link is not working so I don't know what it is but I'm hoping to find a netbook for $100-$130 for DS 10 from Santa. As long as it has Windows XP or up and flash it should be fine for her.

I never got my book in the mail. Very disappointed because now I don't have the coupon from the front and only 2 $100 GC with $75 purchase from the backs of the ones from the papers. Not happy with TRU right now.

Walmart is having a Compaq, 15.6 in screen, 2g RAM, 250 hard drive, Intel Celeron processor and Windows 7 Home Premium for $288 on Saturday. For anyone looking. Pretty good deal! :)

The Monster High Dolls are in the TRU big book for a "hot price". Even if it's regular price they should still have them in stock.

Everything is way over priced this year. It's very disappointing. Do companies actually think the way out of a recession is to make prices HIGHER on everything?!

The BEST pumpkin bread! :) Pumpkin Bread 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup salad oil 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup pumpkin 1/2 tsp. allspice 2 3/4 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/3 cup water Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Using an electric mixer, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the pumpkin mixture. Add the water, mixing well. Spoon the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for one hour. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves. When using small pans bake for 45 minutes. ETA - Forgot to say sift the flour. :)

They specifically note the lay-a-way on big items like dollhouses, can you put one on lay-a-way when the sale starts and get it for that price even if you pick it up after the sale ends?

I went and they were on a display right as you walk in the door. They only had 3 different ones and a bunch of one of those. Oh they also had a bunch of Sing-a-ma-gigs, not on sale, in a display by the registers. I got one for my niece.

This makes me excited too because they had a deal on a netbook last BF for $150. If they are doing this now then they should be cheaper BF. Hopefully it won't be in store only like last year because I don't have any near me. Crossin' my fingers though!
